Inside the Hokage Office.
"Hokage-sama, you saw it this time as well."
"The Uchiha have completely become an uncontrollable force."
"Are we still going to nurture this tiger and invite disaster?"
Danzo began his brainwashing routine again.
That kind of brainwashing might not have worked very well on others.
But for Sarutobi Hiruzen, it worked every single time.
After all, for the sake of that Hokage robe, this man had once been willing to disregard even the Hokage he had appointed himself.
"Now is not the time to discuss this."
"There are still Uchiha serving as guards at the Daimyo Palace."
"Their term is two years. We'll talk after they return."
"And Danzo, your actions may need to become more careful."
"If something like this happens again, I will no longer show you any tolerance."
Sarutobi Hiruzen had already felt that something was off.

He had once feared the Uchiha because they were uncontrollable.
But what were the Uchiha doing now?
Protecting Konoha, clearing out the conflicts and problems within Konoha.
At the same time, the Uchiha's attitude, along with many people's sense of belonging to the village, had greatly improved.
The First and Second Hokage had failed to make the Uchiha fully belong to the village, yet Sarutobi Hiruzen might actually accomplish it.
But at a time like this, Danzo kept coming to stir up trouble for the Uchiha.
Utatane Koharu and Mitokado Homura, standing to one side, looked as though they were enjoying the spectacle and wanted things to get worse.
Letting them suffer a setback this time could count as a warning.
After this, they should take some time to think carefully.
Konoha was not a tool for them
