Snape's face turned as black as the bottom of a pot when he saw the robe Kyle handed him.

What do you mean by "take him back for a closer look"? Does he really look like someone who likes to smell bad odors?

Snape gave Kyle a cold look, neither answering nor speaking.

"I think Professor Snape is worrying too much."

Finally, Professor McGonagall smoothed things over, saying, "It's good that you didn't encounter Troll. You should go back too; the students are all enjoying their Halloween Feast in their respective houses."

"Yes, Professor McGonagall."

Snape glared at Kyle's departing figure, then suddenly turned around and found Quirrell cowering at the back.

"Quirrell, where is that Troll you're talking about?!"

"It, it's in... the underground classroom." Quirrell leaned against the wall, clutching his chest. "It really is, it's fifteen feet... tall..."

"But Dumbledore has already searched the underground classrooms, and there's nothing there!"

Snape said impatiently, "I bet you find this hilarious, don't you? Everyone skips Halloween Feast to foolishly search for a non-existent Troll!"

"I...I didn't... Severus ...I didn't."

Quirrell slowly slid down the wall to the floor, sobbing, "I don't know... where it went..."

"Perhaps it ran off somewhere else."

Professor Flitwick pondered for a moment and said, "For the students' safety, let's search carefully again. I'll go check the third floor."

"Then I'll go to the fourth floor."

"Leave the fifth floor to me."

Soon, the professors decided which floor they wanted to go to and left one after another.

"If I find out you're lying, or playing any tricks... you should know what I mean."

Snape gave Quirrell a cold look. "I'll come looking for you again!"

After saying that, he limped away.

Quirrell didn't speak, continuing to sit on the ground sobbing, seemingly terrified.

In fact, Quirrell was in a state of extreme confusion and hadn't paid any attention to what Snape had said.

He's Troll... he's such a Troll.

It's gone in the blink of an eye?

Quirrell even began to doubt whether he had actually released the Troll.

After leaving, Kyle didn't go anywhere else, but went straight back to Hufflepuff's common room.

As soon as he entered the door, a large group of people surrounded him.

"Thank you, Merlin. We were just on our way to find you."

Cedric said, "Brown said you were in the common room, but when we came back we found you were gone."

Why didn't you go to the banquet today?

"Thank goodness you're alright."

"You don't know, there's a Troll in the underground classroom! My God, the books say they're over ten feet tall!"

Everyone was talking amongst themselves, and they were all very worried about Kyle's safety.

"Thank you, don't worry, I'm fine."

Kyle laughed. "I ran into the professor on the way, and then they came back."

"Professor?" Mikel asked curiously, "Did they find the Troll?"

"Not yet."

Kyle shook his head and said, "But I think this news is probably false. How could there be Troll at Hogwarts?"

"But Professor Quirrell saw it."

"I think I might have misread it," Kyle said dismissively. "After all, the Professor of Defense Against the Dark Arts at Hogwarts have never been very reliable..."

Mikel seemed about to say something, but Kyle interrupted him.

"Can you ask me something later? I'm starving."

Kyle hadn't even had a sip of water while keeping an eye on Quirrell, so he was definitely hungry now.

"Okay..." Mikel scratched his head sheepishly.

The small tables in Hufflepuff's common room were now laden with all sorts of delicious food.

Although there aren't as many as in the Great Hall, you can tell the House-elf if you need anything, and they'll bring it to you right away.

It's somewhat like a magical version of a buffet.

Kyle went to the table, picked up a Pumpkin Pasty and took a bite, then ordered a large steak, which he finished in a few bites.

Cedric and Kanna sat on either side of him. They hadn't eaten much earlier because they were worried about Kyle's safety, and now they were feeling a bit hungry.

Cedric thought for a moment and then ordered himself an apple pie.

Kanna, like Kyle, ordered steak, but she got three portions.

After dinner, no one felt like sleeping.

The unconscious Professor Quirrell and the Troll were an interesting topic. The young wizards discussed it over dessert in the common room until late before returning to their dormitories.

late at night...

Kyle slipped out of the dorm as usual, but today he didn't go to the library; instead, he went to the Room of Requirement on the Seventh Floor.

He hadn't been here for a long time.

Kyle first observed the growth of the plants, and after confirming that everything was normal, he took out his box from the Mokeskin Pouch, opened it, and jumped inside.

The contents of the box had completely changed.

In the small room below the entrance, there was now a wooden bed, a table, and a large wooden bookshelf.

He made all of these himself, so they look rather ordinary, or even quite abstract.

But Kyle didn't care. Looks and comfort weren't important here, as long as it worked.

The bed and table were empty, except for the bookshelves... which were filled to the brim with books bound in parchment.

Only the last row was still empty.

"I didn't notice when I came before, there are already so many?"

Kyle sighed.

Looks like I'll have to look for a book about the Undetectable Extension Charm next time I go to the library.

Although he could solve the problem by simply placing a Mokeskin Pouch there, it would still be somewhat inconvenient.

After leaving the room, Kyle quickly found the Troll sleeping soundly on the floor.

The Troll still showed no signs of waking up.

Kyle placed the large buckets of bread and meat he had brought from the kitchen aside, then took out his wand and diverted some of the lake water around the Troll.

This wasn't done to control the Troll.

Mountain Troll aren't very active; they usually stay where there's plenty of food. What Kyle brought this time is enough to keep it quiet for a long time.

Kyle is mainly for preventing Biting Cabbage.

He had previously moved some of the mature Biting Cabbage here. To prevent these guys from coming over to taste the Troll ' saltiness, the best way was to keep them separated by water.

Biting Cabbage never goes near rivers or lakes on its own initiative; that's common sense.
