"That's amazing!"

Looking at Hagrid, who was requesting to be discharged from the hospital, Madam Pomfrey glanced at Kyle with surprise.

She had only wanted Kyle's help to persuade Hagrid to pull himself together, but she never expected him to go to this extent.

It was just a matter of getting his medication dispensed, Hagrid, who had previously been so dramatic and wouldn't listen to anyone, was now demanding to be discharged!

This effect is too good...

"Poppy, is it alright?" Hagrid asked again when she didn't answer. "The Forbidden Forest needs to be guarded. I have to get back quickly."

"Discharge is fine, but I need to have one more check-up," Madam Pomfrey said.

Her attitude was very firm.

Although he knew the Potions Dumbledore sent was very effective, and given Hagrid's constitution, he could be discharged now without any problems, the check-up was still necessary.

This is a necessary procedure, and everyone goes through the same process.

She put down the large wooden bucket she was carrying and turned to prepare other things.

"You might not believe it, but I've always been terrified of her."

Hagrid whispered, "It was like this more than ten years ago. My legs would start shaking whenever I came here; I just couldn't control them."

"I understand..." Kyle said with a smile.

When he was a child, he helped Newt feed those Fantastic Beasts Potions, and they were afraid of him too.

Even now, several years later, a Swallow-tailed Dog will still tuck its tail between its legs and run away when it sees him.

Madam Pomfrey's examination was not complicated and was completed quickly.

It was almost noon when they came out of the Hospital Wing.

Kyle invited Hagrid to lunch in the Great Hall, but Hagrid declined.

"I have to go back and check on Fang," he said. "Fang must be so worried about me after all this time."

After saying goodbye in the courtyard, Kyle returned to the castle.

But after returning home, the young wizards' conversation shifted from their previous speculations to Quidditch.

Because of what happened yesterday, Ravenclaw and Slytherin need to compete again today.

Kyle didn't expect that the game would already be over when he went to visit Hagrid.

"Damn it, wasn't the rematch supposed to be in the afternoon?!" Kyle was completely stunned. If he had known this would happen, he... well, even if he had known, he would have gone to see Hagrid first.

"Kyle, have you seen Hagrid?"

Just then, Harry suddenly ran over, accompanied by Hermione and Ron.

"We went to the cabin to look for him, but Professor Sprout was there instead."

"That's terrible..." Ron said with a bitter face, "She yelled at us back."

"You must know what happened, right? Can you tell us?" Hermione pushed Ron away and looked at Kyle with a serious expression.

"Why do you say that?" Kyle asked.

"Because I noticed you didn't watch Quidditch Match."

Hermione raised her head and said confidently, "Harry told me that as a member of the team, it's impossible to miss any game."

Since you didn't go to watch the game, it means you must have something more important to do.

"I think... it must have happened yesterday, so could it be related to Hagrid?"

Kyle clicked his tongue. He had to admit that Hermione was indeed very clever; her deduction was very close to the truth.

Let's look at the other two...

Harry just kept nodding, while Ron stood there completely bewildered... looking like he hadn't understood a thing.

The difference is too big! How did those three become friends...?

"Hagrid..."

"He's fine, you're overthinking it," Kyle interrupted Hermione, saying, "Actually, I always thought the match was in the afternoon, which is why I didn't go watch it."

Also, Hagrid and I spent the whole morning at the Hospital Wing... doing Madam Pomfrey a little favor, Professor Sprout was just temporarily watching over the Forbidden Forest for him."

"No... even if anyone should be helping, shouldn't it be Filch goes?" Hermione said skeptically, squinting. "How could a professor possibly have time to look after the Forbidden Forest? Besides, Professor Sprout is the Head of Hufflepuff; she's definitely busier."

"I don't know, I probably just happened to be passing by and helped out a little."

Kyle shrugged. "Or you could ask Hagrid; he should be back at the cabin by now."

Okay, sometimes being too smart can be annoying.

It's good to be like Harry and Ron; they believe whatever they're told, which makes things much easier.

"Hagrid is back?" Hermione was a little surprised... this wasn't what she expected.

She had initially thought Hagrid had gone to the Hospital Wing because he was injured, but if that were the case, Madam Pomfrey wouldn't have let him go back so quickly.

"Yeah, just got back." Kyle nodded. "By the way, how did the game go?"

"Ravenclaw won!" Harry suddenly became excited, his eyes shining. "Their Seeker was amazing! She caught the Golden Snitch when Ravenclaw was down by a hundred points!"

"It's a pity you weren't there," Ron said excitedly. "Slytherin's expressions were hilarious. They actually lost to the weakest team! Malfoy's face turned green."

"Yes, I can imagine," Kyle said with a smile.

After exchanging a few more words, Harry pulled Ron away from the castle to find Hagrid.

But Hermione didn't go; she continued to follow Kyle, looking him up and down with a strange expression.

"Aren't you afraid Hagrid will let something slip?" Hermione suddenly asked.

She felt that Kyle hadn't told the truth earlier.

"What's there to be afraid of... we're really just going to help." Kyle shrugged calmly.

He only needed to make sure his own side was fine; Hagrid's situation was none of his concern.

Besides, he couldn't keep Harry from going to Hagrid forever.

Hermione frowned and continued to stare at him.

"Harry and Ron have been gone for so long, aren't you going over there?"

Kyle felt uncomfortable under Hermione's gaze, and in order to get rid of her as soon as possible, he pulled out a handful of Chocolate Frog cards from his pocket and handed them to her.

"Oh, by the way, to thank Harry for telling me the results of the match, could you please give these to him? I remember he was collecting cards."

Just as Hermione was about to say something more, she inadvertently noticed a line of text on the outermost card.

"... He and his partner Nicolas Flamel have achieved remarkable success in alchemy!"

Nicolas Flamel... alchemy...

"I know! I know who Nicolas Flamel is!" Hermione jumped up and ran upstairs towards the Gryffindor Common Room.

Kyle stood there, looking at the stack of undelivered cards in his hand, then put them back in his pocket.

Thanks to Dumbledore, at least Hermione was finally sent away.
