The next day, Kyle rubbed his head and sat up from an antique-style bed. He stared blankly at his completely unfamiliar surroundings for a while before he remembered that he was in Paris, at Nicolas Flamel's home.

"Honorable guest, would you like a meal?" a shrill voice came from the other end of the room.

It was a House-elf wearing goggles.

"Tata?"

Kyle remembered that this was the name of the House-elf.

"Yes, esteemed guest... It's an honor that you remember Tata's name."

Unlike the House-elf in the Hogwarts Kitchens who always seemed timid and fearful, Tata's behavior was much more normal.

And his clean and proper attire made him look more like a butler in an old manor.

But they also share a common characteristic: they're all a bit too enthusiastic.

After seeing Kyle get up, it brought over all the toiletries and breakfast at once.

Steak, sausage, bread, foie gras, French soup... a variety of breakfast items piled up on the table, enough to feed an elephant.

"That's enough, I really can't eat this much!" Kyle quickly stopped it from carrying more breakfast, picked up a hot towel from the tray next to him, wiped his face, and asked, "What exactly happened yesterday, and why am I sleeping here!"

Kyle felt dizzy and only remembered being invited to Nicolas Flamel's house and meeting Phoebe and Madame Maxime from Beauxbatons.

As for what happened afterward, and why he ended up sleeping there, he had no recollection whatsoever.

"Honorable guest, you drank some very pungent water yesterday and then fell asleep," Tata said. "My master asked me to bring you here to rest."

"Very choking water?" Kyle frowned, as if he remembered something, but it was still somewhat vague.

"Oh, this is it." Tata pulled out a bottle. "I carefully put it away after they finished drinking it yesterday."

Kyle took the bottle, his expression turning somewhat grim.

Aged Firewhisky.

Let's look at the date on the bottle: 1933...

Good grief, I've been drinking nearly 60-year-old whisky? No wonder my head feels so bad.

He hadn't felt this way in a long time since he learned Occlumency.

Occlumency only targets mental magic, and spirits are clearly not within its scope of business.

"The master said you might need this."

At that moment, Tata shoved a bottle of sky-blue Potions into Kyle's hand.

Kyle opened the lid, took a sniff, and then tilted his head back to drink it.

The next second, Kyle felt a chill run through his body, and his previously drowsy mind instantly became much clearer. At the same time, he remembered.

Yesterday, when we were having dinner together, someone did give him something that looked like alcohol.

And it was none other than Mike Phil, who delivered the Order of Merlin to Hogwarts.

He said it was mead, and that even a young wizard could have a couple of sips, so Kyle didn't think much of it and took a sip.

And then it's here...

Kyle felt his head throbbing.

Who would have thought... that Mike Phil, this over 100-year-old wizard, one of the few recipients of the Order of Merlin, First Class, would actually trick a child under thirteen into drinking Firewhisky!

Oh, right, there's also the Baruffio's Brain Elixir he's preparing for himself.

That sticky, bubbly, eerie brown liquid... Kyle had only ever seen it in Mikel's crucible.

Even Dragon couldn't handle that stuff!

For a moment, Kyle suddenly wondered if Mike Phil had some grudge against Dumbledore... but since he couldn't beat him, he was trying to find some interest on himself in various ways.

After breakfast, Kyle left his room and walked down a golden corridor to the hall he had seen yesterday.

The hall had completely changed; the ceiling was gone, and the walls and floor had turned a dark gold.

As soon as Kyle walked in, he saw an astonishingly large band that filled every corner of the room, intently playing their instruments.

Meanwhile, Nicolas Flamel was lounging on a beach chair, sunbathing and enjoying a wonderful opera performance.

He noticed Kyle walking in and said with a smile, "Tata just moved all the food out of the kitchen... I guessed it was because you were awake."

Kyle walked over to Nicolas in amazement, his eyes never leaving the massive band.

"Mr. Flamel, this is..."

"Oh, you mean this?" Nicolas said with a smug look on his face. "This is the most precious treasure of my long life."

As he spoke, Nicolas stood up from the beach chair.

The melodious opera continued, but the orchestra was gone, and the hall was back to how it was yesterday.

Kyle noticed that some golden symbols on the wall had just flashed briefly.

Those symbols seemed vaguely familiar, as if he'd seen them somewhere before... That's right, Dumbledore's Headmaster's Office!

These symbols are almost identical to those on the Pensieve.

"Mr. Flamel ..."

"We agreed beforehand that you would call me Nicolas."

"Okay, Nicolas," Kyle asked, "Are these your memories?"

"That's right..." Nicolas recalled, "An unforgettable encounter a hundred years ago, I can't help but want to experience it a few more times."

"That's amazing!" Kyle exclaimed.

Pensieve the size of a room... you could probably only see that in Nicolas Flamel.

"This is my proudest work." Nicolas then switched to a new piece.

Kyle looked around; the hall was empty except for him and Nicolas.

Kyle then asked in a low voice, "Nicolas, does Mr. Mike Phil have some personal grudge against Professor Dumbledore?"

"As far as I know... no," Nicolas said. "In fact, they get along quite well, and they are both big fans of ten-pillar bowling."

Before you came here, he told Albus that he would help take care of you.

"Trying to trick me into drinking whiskey?" Kyle said skeptically. "That's quite a unique way to take care of me."

"Albus," Nicolas said with a smile. "Ever since Doge retired, his personality has become increasingly erratic. Not just you, even Phoebe hasn't escaped it."

But he clearly forgot that Olympe was here too... Oh, right, maybe listening to this will cheer you up."

Nicolas clapped his hands, and suddenly, the atmosphere in the hall changed drastically. The melodious music turned into shrill screams, interspersed with a clear and powerful pounding sound.

Kyle recognized that voice all too well; it was Mike Phil's.

He had heard the exact same scream when he entered the Potions room yesterday, so it left a deep impression on him.

Kyle whispered, "Could it be that Madame Maxime... again?"

"Just as you thought." Nicolas blinked, a mischievous grin spreading across his face. "I think he probably won't be able to leave the house for quite some time."

Kyle chuckled dryly, convinced that Dumbledore had nothing to do with the matter.

It's one thing to fool him, but Phoebe came here because she's associated with a powerful figure. How dare Mike Phil make a move on her?

He definitely got a fair beating.
