Olympe Maxime's Slap
The situation changed too quickly. Almost in an instant, the hooded wizards who had been in the lead were all lying on the ground, incapacitated.
Whether it was Mr. Weasley, Bill, or Charlie, they all felt like they were dreaming.
"Has reinforcement arrived?" Charlie asked, turning to look around.
Mr. Weasley didn't speak, but stared at the spot where the last hooded wizard had fallen, his brow slightly furrowed.
At that moment, the surrounding air suddenly rippled.
Kyle, having dispelled the Disillusionment Charm, waved to them and said, "How are you? You're not hurt, are you?"
"What are you doing here!" Mr. Weasley said sternly. "It's dangerous here, get back to the woods!"
"Danger?"
Kyle turned to look at the wizard sprawled on the ground. "He's alright... I think he should be fine."
"You did this?" Bill asked incredulously.
"They were lucky... they weren't very vigilant." Kyle nodded, then reached out and carefully picked the Biting Cabbage off the men's legs and put it away.
Mr. Weasley acted quickly, and those people were knocked unconscious without much struggle, so the Biting Cabbage was still fine, at most just a few scrapes.
Good, I can use it again next time.
Mr. Weasley watched his movements, and the corner of his mouth twitched slightly.
While Biting Cabbage isn't a prohibited trade product like Venomous Tentacula, it's not something just anyone can grow. It requires a whole host of procedures and registration with the Ministry of Magic.
Strictly speaking, it's definitely not allowed for someone like Kyle to casually throw out seven or eight like that.
But since there was no one else around, Mr. Weasley silently turned his face away, pretending not to see anything.
Bill and Charlie did the same; the three of them lowered their heads in unison and began picking up the wands from the ground.
Then he conjured a rope and tied them tightly together.
When Mr. Weasley found the last wand, the one decorated with a snake's head, his eyes lit up.
In his memory, only one person would use such an extravagant wand decoration.
He then strode back and ripped off everyone's hoods and masks.
"Yaxley ... Crabbe ... Rookwood ..." Mr. Weasley called out their names one by one.
"Goyle ...and Malfoy!"
Especially when he saw the last person, even though the crisis was not completely over, Mr. Weasley couldn't help but laugh out loud.
"Let's see how you try to argue now!" he said gleefully.
He had guessed from the beginning that Lucius Malfoy, that wicked fellow, must be among these people, but he just didn't have any evidence.
Now that he's caught red-handed, he's doomed!
Mr. Weasley had never been so happy; if the timing hadn't been inconvenient, he would have loved to call up a few friends and have a good drink.
"Knock knock..."
Just then, heavy footsteps sounded nearby, and a huge figure, more than three meters tall, ran over from a distance.
With each step she took, Kyle could feel the ground tremble slightly.
"Gabrielle... Nova... Caslo... Thank God, you're all here!"
"Principal Olympe Maxime!"
Upon seeing the newcomer, the young wizards, who had been huddled together trembling, immediately became excited and ran towards the person while crying.
They clung to Olympe Maxime's legs, Grawp in French, and occasionally pointing towards Kyle and Mr. Weasley.
Then Olympe Maxime led them over.
"Thank you!" she said sincerely. "I am Olympe Maxime, the headmaster of Beauxbatons Academy of Magic. Thank you for saving these children."
"It's alright, anyone would have done the same," Mr. Weasley said, tilting his head back.
To be honest, when he first met Principal Olympe Maxime, he wondered if he was related to Hagrid.
He's too big... Mr. Weasley isn't short, but when they stand together, he only reaches the other person's waist.
"Oh, I didn't notice..."
Olympe Maxime's gaze suddenly fell on Kyle. "I had thought we'd meet again, but I never expected it to be under these circumstances... I heard everything from Gabrielle. Thank you for saving them."
"No, it's all thanks to Mr. Weasley," Kyle said with a smile. "I just happened to be here and helped out a little."
"That's already quite remarkable," Madame Maxime said, with a hint of annoyance in her voice. "Unlike some people who are usually so arrogant, but panic when faced with an emergency, and even lose their classmates!"
I really should have brought Phoebe along; at least she wouldn't embarrass Beauxbatons."
Olympe Maxime grew angrier as she spoke, and venting her anger on the people who were tied up.
Before anyone could react, he slapped one of them across the face.
The consequences of being slapped by a Half-blood - Giant are predictable.
This powerful slap sent the group of people, who were tied together, flying. Upon landing, they smashed through a tent and rolled a considerable distance away.
"Oh... Merlin!" Mr. Weasley exclaimed, quickly following after him.
"I'm sorry..." Olympe Maxime felt much better. "But don't worry, I know what I'm doing. They shouldn't die."
Kyle glanced at the few teeth on the ground and expressed doubt about Olympe Maxime's words.
However, he didn't dwell on it and casually asked, "Didn't Phoebe come to watch the game?"
"She has other things to do... to prepare for another big event," Olympe Maxime said with a smile. "But you should be able to see her soon."
Kyle nodded.
Olympe Maxime needed to get the children to safety as quickly as possible, so he didn't stay long, thanked the Weasley family again, and left.
The chaos continued. Mr. Weasley found an empty tent, threw the group of men, who were tied together, inside, and left Charlie and Kyle to guard them.
As for himself, he will continue to help.
There were too many rioting wizards, at least two hundred, and the Ministry of Magic was completely overwhelmed.
"Wait!" Kyle tried to call out to him, but Mr. Weasley didn't stop and ran out of the tent without looking back.
Charlie wanted to help like Bill, but he was worried about leaving Kyle alone there, so he could only stand by anxiously.
In contrast, Kyle seemed much more relaxed, stopping after chasing out of the tent.
If Charlie observed carefully for a while, he would find that although the surrounding battle was still chaotic, it was not as intense as at the beginning. The number of spells had decreased significantly, and the battlefield was becoming more and more dispersed.
It felt like the once orderly team had completely fallen apart because of the lack of a leader.
As for who the leaders are...
Kyle glanced at the several people tied together inside the tent... the answer was obvious.
More importantly, the Ministry of Magic's support has arrived.
Not far away, a large number of Hit Wizard and Auror had rushed into the camp from all directions. At the forefront was Scrimgeour, the Head of the Auror Office, who looked like an angry lion and raised his wand from a distance.
The Auror and Hit Wizard behind him did the same, Stunning Spell and Disarming Charm on the still-resisting rioters.
