Misleading Disciples

Voldemort, that scoundrel, definitely didn't tell the truth.

On the last day of the Easter holiday, Kyle walked out of his room, cursing inwardly at a certain troublesome scoundrel who was misleading people.

When Voldemort taught him about Horcrux, he made it sound so convincing, saying he would teach him things Dumbledore... It was all a lie, a scam.

Well, the general process is correct, but the problem lies in some inconspicuous details. Once you follow the process he gave, the separated soul fragments will be evaporated instantly, like snowflakes falling into a flame.

Just like Tom Riddle in his diary, Voldemort seems to enjoy using this method to mislead others and thereby demonstrate his wisdom.

Fortunately, he was careful and didn't fall for it.

Kyle had originally planned to borrow a few books from Sirius after the school year ended. 12 Grimmauld Place, the ancestral home of the House of Black, housed a large collection of books, including many related to Dark Magic.

Sirius also had a copy of "The Magick Moste Evile," which Dumbledore took from the library.

But now it's not necessary to go through that trouble.

Kyle took the Ravenclaw's Diadem off and put it back on Helena Ravenclaw's head.

"My mother said she would leave the Ravenclaw's Diadem to you, but only after you return to school..." Helena Ravenclaw said softly, "She left a portrait at school that can replace the Ravenclaw's Diadem and carry her memory."

"It's alright, you can catch up..." Kyle shook his head and said.

Kyle wasn't just being polite this time; he was telling the truth.

The Ravenclaw's Diadem's effect was too powerful; given his current level of Occlumency, he wouldn't wear it again for the time being unless absolutely necessary.

"Oh, by the way, my mother also said that she can only find a way to store magic in the Slytherin's Locket after you get Slytherin's Locket."

"This will probably have to wait a while longer..." Kyle said.

Just then, Nicolas Flamel, who had disappeared for two weeks, also reappeared.

"It seems you two had a good chat."

Judging from his swift movements, this Nicolas is also "fake".

"Nicolas, may I take the Ravenclaw's Diadem?" Kyle asked.

"Is that even a question?" Nicolas said with a smile. "The Ravenclaw's Diadem was originally yours, so of course you can take it. But remember what I said before, Kyle, don't become too dependent on it."

"I'll remember that." Kyle nodded seriously. "How's the Philosopher's Stone?"

"The process is going very smoothly," Nicolas said happily. "The Grey Lady gave me some advice, and based on the current situation, the materials should be able to come together in about six months."

"It's going to take this long?" Kyle muttered.

"You don't actually think crafting Philosopher's Stone is a simple matter, do you?"

Nicolas couldn't help but complain, "This isn't like baking bread, where you can just put it in the oven for half an hour and take it out... It took me almost three years to make the first Philosopher's Stone."

"No, that's not what I meant." Kyle explained the Slytherin's Locket situation.

"Store magic?" Nicolas was somewhat surprised. "That's amazing. Can Slytherin's Locket be used like that?... Yes, maybe that's its true purpose."

"Alright, since it's useful to you, I'll try to figure something out... There are still some ancient Potions left, perhaps Albus can help, if you don't mind letting him know about the Slytherin's Locket."

"That's alright," Kyle said.

Unlike the Ravenclaw's Diadem, Dumbledore already knew about the Slytherin's Locket's existence, so he didn't care whether he minded or not.

When Kyle returned to Hogwarts, it was already evening. In the distance, Kyle saw the returning train just stopping at Hogsmeade Station.

The moment Kyle opened the box, Helena Ravenclaw couldn't wait to float away.

Kyle wanted to give her a few more words of advice, telling her to be careful not to get Dumbledore, but before he could even speak, Helena Ravenclaw had already disappeared.

Oh well, Ravenclaw has already said he'll leave the Ravenclaw's Diadem to him anyway. Even if Dumbledore finds out, it won't matter. He'll just be curious and borrow it for a while.

Kyle waited a while longer, until students who had gotten off the train appeared in twos and threes at the school gate, before he went inside.

The Great Hall was brightly lit, as preparations were underway for the opening banquet.

Kyle walked in and immediately saw an Easter egg, about the size of Dragon, next to the long table in each house. It was filled with all sorts of candies: Exploding fudge, chocolate toffee, Ice Mice, and Cockroach Cluster. It looked like Honeydukes had been emptied out.

"Kyle, over here." Kanna waved. "How's your business going?"

"It's resolved," Kyle said. "How was your Easter holiday?"

"If I could, I'd rather this holiday didn't exist," Kanna sighed. "There's so much homework. I even went to Hogsmeade and bought ten more rolls of parchment."

Even Kanna is complaining about the amount of homework, which speaks volumes.

When the dinner began, Kyle felt it was a little too quiet. After looking around, he asked:

"Where are Mikel and Ryan? I can't see them."

"They should still be in the library," Cedric said. "I see them there every day during my vacation."

"That's really strange, they're reading books there?"

"No, they're probably doing homework." Cedric shrugged. "That's how it is in fifth grade. They have so much homework over Easter break. When I came out of the library this afternoon, I saw them flipping through ' Moste Potente Potions.' They're probably doing their Potions Class."

"You're only doing your Potions Class now?" Kyle shook his head. "If it were me, I'd definitely finish my Potions homework first, so Professor Snape wouldn't have any reason to use it against me..."

Before he could finish speaking, Kyle suddenly realized something and froze, the Yorkshire pudding he was holding hanging in mid-air.

"What's wrong?" Kanna asked, puzzled.

"I don't think I... did my homework either," Kyle said quietly.

He listened to Ancient Runes and studied runes at the Flamel Manor, and later learned Horcrux from Ravenclaw, having long forgotten about his homework.

"What does it matter?" Kanna said dismissively. "Didn't you say before that Professor Dumbledore exempted you from your homework?"

"It just means I'm exempt from most coursework, but Potions Class isn't included." Kyle glanced towards the High Table. "By the way, do we have a lot of Potions homework?"

"I don't know." Kanna shook her head. "I haven't done my Potions Class in a long time."
