When Kyle returned to the Champion, the four professors responsible for patrolling the maze to ensure the Champion ' safety had also arrived.

"We will patrol the maze," Professor McGonagall told the Champion. "If you encounter any difficulties and need rescue, just shoot red sparks into the sky, and we will come to your aid, understand?"

Everyone nodded in agreement.

After that, she, Hagrid, Professor Moody, and Flitwick went in different directions and dispersed around the maze.

But what no one noticed was that a tiny Billywig flew into the maze along Hagrid's wide robe.

Perhaps some people saw it, but didn't pay attention... After all, this place has been transformed into a maze full of hedges, so it's perfectly normal to find one or two Billywig or Bowtruckle.

At this point, Bagman, as usual, pointed his wand to his throat and said, "Sonorus."

"Ladies and gentlemen, the final match of the Triwizard Tournament is about to begin!" His voice echoed in the stands.

He was met with thunderous applause and cheers.

Then Bagman loudly announced the current scores... Kyle, with 98 points, was in first place without any doubt, followed by Krum, while Phoebe, having lost too many points in the Second Task, was in last place.

But Kyle paid no attention to any of that; he couldn't help but glance at where the referee was.

Dumbledore was no longer there; in his previous seat now stood Cornelius Fudge, the Minister for Magic had come to watch the game.

The minister seemed quite pleased and was clapping happily, just like everyone else.

At that moment, a short whistle brought Kyle back to his senses.

Realizing this was the signal to start, Kyle immediately ran into the maze.

The tall hedges cast dark shadows on the path, and the maze seemed to be under some kind of spell; as soon as Kyle stepped inside, the audience's voices immediately disappeared.

When they reached the first fork in the road, Kyle placed his wand flat on his palm.

"Point Me!"

The wand spun, pointing to the hedge on his right, but that wasn't part of the passageway.

"Confringo!"

The dense hedge was instantly blasted open with a large hole.

Kyle didn't stop; he passed through and continued running quickly forward.

Further ahead lay a golden mist.

"Whirlwind Sweep!"

A violent gust of wind blew by, immediately dispersing the mist, and several Red Cap- hatted creatures carrying wooden sticks jumped out from the hedges.

But before they could do anything, they all stumbled backward at an even faster speed.

As Kyle ran, he pondered everything that had just happened. There was no doubt that Harry had been kidnapped by the Death Eaters.

If they haven't left the castle, Dumbledore will definitely be able to find him, but if they have... a simple Apparition will be enough to leave Dumbledore helpless.

Kyle had assumed that since Harry's name hadn't appeared in the Goblet of Fire and Professor Moody hadn't been replaced, everything would be fine. He never expected things to go wrong like this.

It's no surprise that the Death Eaters took Harry away to resurrect Voldemort, but the problem is that Kyle doesn't know where the resurrection ritual is held.

He had tried to find him during this time, but old Riddle was just an ordinary person with no presence whatsoever, and there was no record of his deeds.

Could it be at Little Hangleton, at Riddle House?

Kyle wasn't sure, but he had no other options now; he had to get out of there as soon as possible and tell Dumbledore about this place.

And there's something even more important.

It's no coincidence that someone wanted to bring Harry into the game as a "hostage," nor was it simply to increase the game's appeal, as Ludo Bagman suggested.

Perhaps there's something here that can take Harry away from school... like turning the Goblet of Fire into Portkey.

It was only because the last three judges rejected the proposal to add more "hostages" that they had to change their approach and choose to take Harry away directly.

If that's the case, then they must have tampered with the Goblet of Fire beforehand...

This proposal was rejected just before the competition began, at which point the Goblet of Fire had already been placed in the middle of the maze, out of reach of anyone... In other words, the portal Portkey magic should still be intact.

Although it was only one possibility, Kyle still felt it was worth a try; it was the fastest and safest way to find Harry...

Just as Professor Moody Little Hangleton n't Kyle, and Harry's name didn't appear in the Goblet of Fire, nobody really knew if Voldemort was there.

If no one's there when you get there, that would be a real problem.

Of course, this is all predicated on him finding the right direction as soon as possible; otherwise, he'll have to take a gamble.

Just then, Kyle suddenly heard a buzzing sound, looked up and saw a Billywig bobbing up and down to his left.

Wizards are not allowed to fly above the labyrinth, but this has no effect on the Fantastic Beasts, the Billywig.

And this movement suggests that it has found its direction; just as Qiu had thought, it's not due north.

Kyle immediately turned around and pointed his wand in the direction of the Billywig.

This distance should be about right... Let's give it a try.

Kyle flicked his wrist, and strange symbols floated out and gathered together from the tip of his wand.

The surrounding temperature began to rise rapidly, and flames began to appear one after another on the hedges, dancing around Kyle like elves.

In the blink of an eye, these flames gathered together, forming a golden-red, surging, leaping wave.

As if sensing danger, the Fantastic Beasts in the labyrinth began to riot, with various sharp cries rising and falling from different directions, especially in the direction Kyle's wand was pointing, where almost every hedge was shaking violently.

"Firestorm!"

As if someone had torn a piece of the maze away, all the hedges and magical traps in front of Kyle vanished in an instant.

Meanwhile, in the stands, under the dark blue night sky, the sudden flames in the maze were exceptionally eye-catching... Everyone in the stands looked over at the same time.

Even Bagman, who was about to blow the whistle a second time, was drawn in.

He looked somewhat panicked, with cold sweat streaming down his forehead.

"Impossible... He only went in a short while ago... less than a minute? How could he have run that far!"

In his haste, Bagman didn't care about anything else and blew the whistle to send Krum off ahead of time.

However, his whistle was drowned out by the gasps from the stands.

In their sight, the flames that had been coiled together suddenly changed, like a sharp spear hurled by a Giant with all its might, instantly piercing through half of the maze, leaving only a wide, golden-red passage on the ground.

At the end of the passage stands the Goblet of Fire, a symbol of honor.

After a brief silence, cheers that seemed to shake the dark clouds suddenly erupted from the stands.

Madame Maxime suddenly stood up from the judges' stand.

"This is impossible! You're cheating!" she shouted. "Someone must have helped him!"

To increase the difficulty of the competition, the hedges in the maze are fireproof and cut-resistant; even a regular Blasting Curse can only create a very small opening.

Now, those hedges are being pierced through as easily as a steak under a knife, without the slightest pause.

Olympe Maxime simply couldn't believe that such terrifying magic could be used by a student who was only fifteen years old.

"I don't think so, Madame Maxime," Fudge said from the side.

Although he was too shocked to speak just now, once he came to his senses, he immediately put on an expression that showed he was used to it.

"Dumbledore think highly of this kid; he's very talented," Fudge said with a smile. "Perhaps in a few decades, he will succeed Dumbledore as the headmaster of Hogwarts."

"However, I believe he is better suited to work at the Ministry of Magic, and I am confident that I can train him to become the youngest Minister for Magic."

Olympe Maxime ignored Fudge's words and didn't even turn to look at him.

If this counts as talent, then what about Phoebe, who is also Champion? A Flobberworm wielding a magic wand?

Fudge was somewhat displeased after being humiliated by Olympe Maxime, but he was also very pleased with Kyle's dominant victory in the Triwizard Tournament.

The frustration of consecutive defeats in the Quidditch World Cup was finally somewhat consoled by other competitions.

He felt it necessary to make his presence felt and let others know that he and Kyle had a good relationship...

It's okay if Olympe Maxime doesn't respond; there's still Karkaroff.

As soon as Fudge turned his head, he saw that the seat to his left was empty; Karkaroff had been sitting there just moments before, had suddenly disappeared.

"Where is Igor?" he asked a Durmstrang student behind him.

"The principal just left," the man said. "He must have left something on the ship."

"Is that so?" Fudge said.

Although he found it a bit strange, he simply assumed that Karkaroff didn't want to see his school fail, which was why he was hiding.
