Over the next few weeks, Kyle became increasingly interested in nighttime outings, an activity considered beneficial to both physical and mental health. In recent weeks, he has been going out every night, even more frequently than Fred and George.

This may also be related to the twins' recent experiences.

Unsurprisingly, the pile of Mooncalf droppings they had painstakingly brought back ended up being a complete waste.

Nobody wanted the little wizards.

The shops in Diagon Alley don't accept it.

But the twins weren't willing to give up so easily. In the end, for reasons unknown, they went to the greenhouse, intending to sell the goods to Professor Sprout at a low price.

Unsurprisingly, their nighttime outing was discovered, and the consequences were very serious.

Professor Sprout knew at a glance where they got their hands on the object.

With such a large quantity, it could only have come from the Forbidden Forest.

Professor Sprout was naturally well aware of the time frame for collecting Mooncalf droppings.

It's one thing to go on a nighttime stroll in the Forbidden Forest, but to actually dare to show off in front of the professor?

This blatant provocation was so outrageous that even the mild -Professor Sprout couldn't stand it and dragged them directly to Professor McGonagall's office.

Although the twins tried their best to explain that they found the pumpkins near Hagrid's pumpkin patch, no one believed them.

Because Hagrid had been busy with other things at the time and hadn't tended to the pumpkin patch for a long time.

Professor McGonagall was both disappointed and angry, and punished them by making them clean the washrooms for a week.

Filch wished he could move his office right next to the Gryffindor Tower so he could keep an eye on them at all times.

However, this actually made things easier for Kyle.

After Mikel and Ryan fell asleep, Kyle quietly got out of bed and tiptoed out of the common room.

After putting on the silver-green scarf as usual, Kyle took out his wand and gently tapped it on his forehead.

"Disillusionment Charm".

A chilling sensation quickly spread from the top of my head, as if I had been doused with a bucket of ice water.

Immediately afterwards, Kyle's body developed patterns of the same color as the wall behind him.

Disillusionment Charm.

Since returning from the Forbidden Forest, Kyle has been studying this spell.

While Invisibility Cloak are convenient and easy to use, they also have many drawbacks. If you're not careful or walk too fast, your feet might end up exposed.

The Disillusionment Charm is still more useful in comparison.

The spell is a bit tricky; it took him three days to even get the hang of it, and his body color still doesn't change smoothly enough when it follows the environment.

Fortunately, Hogwarts Castle is pitch black at night, so this minor flaw has no impact.

Once everything was ready, Kyle easily made his way to the library entrance on the second floor.

This is his latest spot for nighttime outings.

He enjoys reading, but some books are not suitable for reading during the day; they are only enjoyable to read alone in the dark.

The library doors were tightly shut, with a large brass padlock hanging between the two doors.

Kyle took out the master key, turned it gently and unlocked the brass lock. Then he carefully pushed it open a crack and squeezed into the library.

The library was pitch black and eerie at night.

"Wand-Lighting Charm."

Kyle walked past rows of bookshelves, wand in hand, until he reached the back of the library, where he stopped in front of a sign.

The words "Restricted Section" on the sign are very tempting.

Kyle carefully stepped over the rope that separated these books from the rest of the collection, and using the light from his wand, read the titles.

To avoid being discovered or having any unexpected incidents, Kyle was very particular about the books he chose.

No covers with images (including but not limited to portraits, Fantastic Beasts, various symbols, etc.).

I don't want anything with a cover or anything.

I don't want anything thick and large.

Avoid items with strange markings.

I don't want anything that looks too old... I'm mainly worried about damaging it when flipping through the pages, and it would be a hassle if it couldn't be repaired later.

Kyle wandered through the Restricted Section for quite a while, until he reached the sixth shelf, where he pulled out a black book with gold-embossed lettering.

The book was very thin, and much of the cursive lettering on the cover had peeled off; Kyle could only barely make out the meaning of the last two words.

"Explore..."

That's it.

After choosing the book, Kyle, just like the previous times he came, sat down on the floor and began to read it slowly.

Compared to the regular books, the contents of the Restricted Section were generally much more obscure. When Kyle encountered parts he couldn't understand or didn't comprehend, he would use his Quick-Quotes Quill to copy them down.

Although this method is much more complicated than using the Gemino Curse directly, it is more reliable.

Who knows if these books have any strange or unusual restrictions? To be on the safe side, it's best not to cast any spells on them.

It was two hours later when Kyle left the library.

On his way back, Kyle unexpectedly encountered Peeves, but thanks to the Disillusionment Charm, Peeves didn't notice him.

The next morning, Kyle, who had planned to sleep until 8:50, was dragged out of bed by his two roommates at 7:30.

"Wake up, Kyle, wake up!"

Ignoring Kyle's reaction, the two men pulled him out of bed without a word, then each dragged him by an arm to the window.

"Look, it's snowing!"

Mikel opened the window, and without warning, a gust of cold wind mixed with snowflakes hit Kyle's face directly.

"Hiss..."

Kyle shuddered, instantly wide awake.

Kyle rubbed his face, feeling that this scene looked familiar, as if he had seen it somewhere before.

"Let's go outside and take a look!" Mikel exclaimed excitedly. "This is the first snowfall at Hogwarts!"

Kyle shook his head in refusal.

What's so interesting about snow? He might as well take another nap. He went to bed late last night, and it's not the weekend. What if he gets sleepy in class?

However, Mikel and Ryan didn't think so.

They kept urging Kyle to hurry up and wash up and change his clothes, as if they wouldn't leave until he did.

"This is the first snow we've experienced since arriving at Hogwarts, it's very meaningful!"

Mikel said, "It's a waste to sleep now; there will be plenty of time to catch up on sleep during the History of Magic class later."

"Yes, the first lesson today is the History of Magic."

With that thought in mind, Kyle stopped insisting, changed his clothes, and left the dormitory with them.

In just one night, the snow on the ground reached a depth of more than a foot.

When they arrived at the open space outside Hogwarts Castle, there were already quite a few people there.

Kyle also saw Fred and George, who were building a snow lion in the clearing with several Gryffindor...?

Okay, theoretically speaking, what they've built should be a lion, but it's a bit ugly and looks more like a Flobberworm doing yoga.
