A man from Earth transmigrated into the body of Uchiha Sakuya, an orphaned thirteen-year-old Chūnin with a house, money, and a one-tomoe Sharingan. His position is immediately endangered by the disappearance of his cousin, Shisui Uchiha, whose four-day absence strongly suggests his death and foreshadows the Uchiha Clan Massacre 1.

Soon afterward, Sakuya awakens the Strongest Villain Simulator.
