Oran established a new nation on Firefly Island, defeated its pirate gangs, and began rebuilding it while pursuing research and other plans. After restoring Chinjao’s head and recovering Country Carrier Oz’s corpse, Oran set out for Ohara to copy materials from the Tree of Knowledge Library.

• Oran recruited Bear, Ginny, and hundreds of workers, confronted Bekeli in the Sorbet Kingdom, and helped restore Bulldog to power before sailing for Firefly Island.
• Oran’s group defeated Deli and Kurh, drove out the island’s pirate gangs, and announced that Firefly Island would become the kingdom of Piltover.
• Oran reorganized Piltover’s government and security, restarted industry and agriculture, and prepared the island to seek membership in the World Government on his own terms.
• Oran restored Chinjao’s Conical Head with help from Lyliana, Frankenstein, and Bear, and Chinjao later destroyed a pirate ship attacking Firefly Island.
• Oran traveled with Lyliana, Kate, and the Eight Treasure Navy to Ice Country, where he found and stored the frozen corpse of Country Carrier Oz.
• After fishing and crossing the ice plain with snow wolves, Oran headed to Kimihel to board a ship to Ohara and copy materials from the Tree of Knowledge Library.
• At Kimihel’s cemetery district, Oran’s group heard grave diggers tell Absalom to stop digging in their contracted cemetery.

Oran trained Lyliana on Little Garden, treated Roger, and dealt with the damage Garp caused while pursuing him. After Iron Oz defeated Sanjuan Wolf, the robot’s public debut drew attention from the World Government, rival powers, and people seeking refuge in Piltover.

• Oran met Dorry and Brogy on Little Garden, ended their duel with an illusion, and secured their agreement to teach Lyliana the Elbaf Spear.
• Dorry and Brogy trained Lyliana for nearly two months before sailing for Elbaf, while Oran returned to Firefly Island with his companions.
• Oran transformed Absalom with a direwolf serum as Roger arrived seeking treatment, but Roger refused a bionic body and accepted medicine to stabilize his incurable illness.
• Oran told Roger that Garp was coming, and Roger sailed away after holding a banquet while Garp damaged Firefly Island’s docks and cargo in pursuit.
• Oran made Garp pay for the losses, then executed smugglers and continued his experiments as Sanjuan Wolf attacked Firefly Island.
• Oran and Lyliana fought Sanjuan Wolf in Iron Oz, knocked him unconscious, and preserved his blood before handing him over to the Marines.
• Morgans publicized Iron Oz, prompting the Five Elders to send investigators, Stussy to warn Oran, and Kaido, Judge, Marines, and others to consider the robot’s potential.
• Oran kept CP agents on the island with limited intelligence as news of Iron Oz spread and some people in lawless regions considered fleeing to Piltover.

Oran strengthened Piltover, secured Seastone from Kaido through Absalom, and helped Lyliana develop her powers. He then led Ginny and Bear toward Sky Island, and the group reached the White Sea by riding the Rogue Sea Current.

• Oran learned that Ancient Giant remains were essential to mass-producing Iron Oz and visited Punk Hazard, where he persuaded Vegapunk to destroy a failed Mythical Zoan fruit before taking it to Lyliana.
• Lyliana ate the artificial dragon fruit, transformed to fight thieves, and later helped Oran and Roger free enslaved people from an auction house, and Oran welcomed the rescued people to Piltover.
• Oran gave Patrick Redfield a helmet that blocked the thoughts he normally heard, and Redfield accepted Frankenstein’s invitation to Evolution Day before leaving without meeting Oran.
• Oran cured a patient’s White Lead Disease in secret, while the former royal family of Favrille tried to recover power and was killed after Terra caught them near the Zodiac Vault.
• Oran sent Absalom to negotiate with Kaido, and Kaido agreed to trade Seastone for Oran’s Zoan potions after testing their effects on his crew.
• Absalom returned with Seastone, and Oran created Shvana as Lyliana’s sparring partner, inspiring Lyliana to develop a new flame technique.
• Oran, Ginny, and Bear traveled to Gaya Island to find a route to Sky Island, where Ginny and Bear drove off the pirate Billson and sent him to the Marines to collect his bounty.
• Oran’s group used a South-South Bird to locate the Rogue Sea Current, and Zack steered their ship into it, carrying them up to the White Sea.

Oran secured the Rumble-Rumble and Munch-Munch Fruits, recruited Croccus, and built Shiki from Golden Lion’s combat data. As Roger’s execution began the Great Pirate Era, Oran’s forces battled Bullet on Lime Island, where Lyliana revealed her Conqueror’s Haki before the Marines arrived.

• Oran led his group to Birka, where Ginny found and accepted the Rumble-Rumble Fruit, while Kate chose to remain a non-Ability User.
• After Roger reached Laugh Tale, Oran fused a Zoan fruit with his swords, and Croccus brought him Roger’s letter before joining Firefly Island’s hospital.
• Oran treated Golden Lion Shiki by removing the wheel from his head, and Shiki attacked Marineford before Sengoku and Garp captured him.
• Oran attended Roger’s execution in Rogue Town, where Roger declared that his treasure was at Laugh Tale, inspiring the Great Pirate Era.
• Oran recruited Croccus, brought Laboon to Firefly Island, and obtained the Munch-Munch Fruit for Blitzcrank, who gained the power to consume and reshape materials.
• Oran unveiled the Shiki combat body as Douglas Bullet rampaged, then faced Bullet with Iron Oz and Shiki on Lime Island.
• Lyliana fought Bullet, endured his attacks, and revealed her Conqueror’s Haki before Shiki took over the fight.
• Sengoku’s fleet reached Lime Island, and Kizaru reported that Golden Lion was fighting Bullet.
