"Look, what is that in the sky?"

"It looks like a blood-colored tiger!"

"Why is that tiger in the sky?"

"Oh no, something is falling from the sky! Everyone, get out of the way!"

As Chen Qiang leaped and plummeted rapidly toward the ground, the Marines and pirates below quickly noticed him. They were stunned for a moment before scrambling to scatter, desperate to avoid being crushed by the tiger.

"BOOM!"

Chen Qiang's landing was slightly off-target; he didn't hit the execution platform directly but crashed in front of it, kicking up a massive cloud of dust that nearly swallowed the entire structure.

Sengoku, still standing on the platform, couldn't bear it any longer. He waved his hand to disperse the dust, allowing everyone to see the situation clearly.

Following that thunderous impact, the hard ground had been smashed into a massive crater. Inside the pit, a bloodied figure was struggling to reset his dislocated bones, slowly and shakily pulling himself to his feet.

"The Undying, Chen Qiang!" The moment he saw him, Sengoku recognized him. After all, he had been receiving constant reports about Chen Qiang from Impel Down over the past two months.

Had he not been so preoccupied with Ace's execution, someone with such a unique ability would have long since been sent to Vegapunk for experimentation.

Because he was so familiar with Chen Qiang's file, Sengoku identified him instantly.

"Heh! I'm truly honored! I never expected Fleet Admiral Sengoku to know my name!" Hearing his name called, Chen Qiang paused, then looked up toward the source of the voice. Seeing Sengoku staring at him with a grave expression, Chen Qiang flashed a smile and greeted him.

"Who is that?"

"Why haven't I seen him before?"

"How does the Fleet Admiral know him?"

Hearing the exchange between Chen Qiang and Sengoku, the surrounding soldiers began to whisper in surprise. Chen Qiang had never appeared on the world stage before, but seeing the look on the Fleet Admiral's face—and the fact that he had fallen from such a height without a scratch—it was clear he was a powerhouse.

"Right! Since I've run into Fleet Admiral Sengoku here, I have a question I'd like to ask!" After popping his dislocated bones back into place, Chen Qiang seemed to remember something and looked up at Sengoku again.

"What question?"

Seeing the speed at which Chen Qiang's wounds were healing, Sengoku's brow furrowed even deeper.

"That is, I wonder why you Marines would capture a perfectly ordinary good person like me, lock me in Impel Down, and subject me to such torture. Is this what you call justice?"

As he asked, the smile never left Chen Qiang's face, but a murderous intent surged in his eyes, flashes of red light flickering within them.

"A good person? Would a good person attack Impel Down from the sky and smash a hole through it?"

In truth, Sengoku didn't really want to answer, but considering the world was watching this live broadcast, it was better to offer an explanation. After all, it concerned the justice the Marines upheld.

"Damn it! I already said that was an accident! Why won't any of you believe me!" Hearing Sengoku's reply, the memories of the torture he endured in Impel Down flooded back, sending Chen Qiang into a blind rage.

"Tiger Rend!"

Without hesitation, the enraged Chen Qiang slashed toward Sengoku. A massive, blood-colored tiger materialized in his hands and roared as it charged at the Fleet Admiral.

"BANG!"

Before the attack could reach its target, Garp appeared behind Chen Qiang out of nowhere and slammed a fist into the back of his head, driving him face-first into the ground.

"Heh! Garp, is it? Just a coward!"

Pinned to the ground, Chen Qiang rolled forward to dodge Garp's second strike, his face twisted in mockery.

Chen Qiang's words stung Garp. His face, already dark with the grief of his grandson Ace's impending execution, grew even gloomier.

"Enough!"

"BANG!"

Provoked, Garp held nothing back. He flashed in front of Chen Qiang and punched him square in the stomach, blowing a massive hole right through his torso.

"Looks like I was right! The so-called Marine Hero Garp is nothing but a coward, forced to watch his own grandson be executed while he does absolutely nothing."

Even with his stomach blown out, Chen Qiang continued to mock Garp as he spoke.

"I said! Enough!"

"BANG!"

Fully enraged, Garp slammed a fist into Chen Qiang's head, shattering it like a watermelon.

"Hmph!"

Garp cast a cold glance at the headless body as it slumped to the ground. With his face completely black with rage, he let out a cold snort and walked away from the battlefield. He didn't know where he was going, but he couldn't guarantee that if he stayed, he wouldn't turn his fists against the Marines himself. It was better to leave.

So, it's true? Even provoked to this extent, he didn't strike? It seems the assessment of Garp from my past life wasn't wrong. Garp is a qualified Marine, but unfortunately, not a good grandfather.

As Garp turned to leave, Chen Qiang's shattered head began to knit itself back together. Watching Garp's retreating back, Chen Qiang sighed with emotion.

He had deliberately provoked Garp to see if he could goad him into turning against the Marines to save his grandson. If it had worked, rescuing Ace would have been much simpler—they wouldn't have even needed to lift a finger.

But it seemed his plan had failed. Still, this was fine; with Garp gone, the Marines had one less top-tier combatant, which only increased their chances of saving Ace!

"What? He's not dead!"

"That's impossible! I clearly saw his head get blown apart! How is he standing up again?"

"Is this a monster?"

The surrounding marines had not yet recovered from the revelation that Ace was Garp's grandson when they saw Chen Qiang, who had just been headshot by Garp, shaking his blood-covered head and swaying as he stood back up. One by one, they retreated in terror.

"Heh! Your Fleet Admiral already calls me The Undying; if I were that easy to kill, why would I be called that?" Having recovered once again, Chen Qiang wiped the blood from his face and grinned at the surrounding marines.

"Chen Qiang, what exactly are you trying to do?"

Seeing Chen Qiang recover so easily, Sengoku's brow furrowed even deeper.

"Heh! What am I doing? Saving Ace, of course! You're asking a question you already know the answer to!" Hearing Sengoku's words, Chen Qiang looked up again and said with a smile.

"What is your relationship with Ace?"

"No relationship at all. I just don't want to see him die, and I can't stand you marines taking your frustrations out on the son because you couldn't beat his father!" The smile never left the corners of Chen Qiang's mouth as he answered Sengoku's question.

"Ah! Wrong direction!"

"We're going to fall to our deaths!"

"Hahaha! I'm a Rubber Man, I won't die from a fall!"

Just as Chen Qiang and Sengoku were talking, a massive noise suddenly erupted from the sky. A warship, along with some enormous chunks of ice, plummeted from above, accompanied by the screams of Luffy and his crew as they fell with it.

"Looks like there's no time for chatting. I promised Luffy I'd get Ace out of here!"

Seeing Luffy and the others falling, Chen Qiang straightened the chains that Garp had disarrayed, wrapping them back around his body before placing his hand on the hilt of his blade.

"Tiger Slash Eight Directions!"

With a soft shout, the blood all over Chen Qiang's body ignited, rapidly forming the image of a massive, half-manifested tiger behind him. Without a moment's hesitation, he launched himself toward Sengoku on the high platform.

"Buddha Shockwave!"

Seeing Chen Qiang attack him again, Sengoku finally made his move, striking out with a palm. A massive gale erupted, slamming Chen Qiang back down to the ground.

"Damn! The gap is really that big, huh!"

Pinned down by the palm strike, Chen Qiang faced the overwhelming pressure of the wind and muttered helplessly.

However, even though Chen Qiang had been knocked down again, his movements didn't stop. Before he hit the ground, he had already hurled the long blade from his hand toward the location of the high platform.

Immediately following, a massive Tiger Roar erupted from the thrown blade, and the blood-red giant tiger that had just been dispersed by Sengoku's palm strike reappeared beneath the platform.

The giant tiger reappeared and began to attack the execution platform frantically. In the span of a single breath, with a thunderous roar, the entire platform collapsed.
