Background / History

Zhu Zhuqing fled alone into the outskirts of the Star Dou Great Forest while carrying a Law Enforcement Soul Tool that documented criminals' killings of commoners. Pursued by the offenders, she refused to surrender the evidence despite knowing they intended to kill her. Her soul power eventually ran dry, and she prepared to take her own life rather than be captured. Lin Mian intervened, killed her pursuers, and offered to accept her as a disciple. She formally became his first disciple soon afterward. 2 3

She asked Lin Mian to accompany her to Suotuo City, where she hoped to find her fiancé, Dai Mubai. Although she had heard troubling rumors about him, she still retained some hope until she saw him entering the Rose Hotel with twin women.
