Tang Wulin attended Eastsea Academy’s Class Zero alongside Xie Xie and Xu Xiaoyan under Wu Zhangkong’s instruction. Their prior special training gives the group notably seamless coordination after they enter Shrek Academy. 72

At Shrek, Tang Wulin quickly establishes himself as a frontline powerhouse. He defeats Wang Dong'er in a one-on-one duel by using Bind to drag her from the air, despite her thousand-year second ring and aerial advantage. 39
