It was several tiers above that useless Ox Talisman.

The more Aragaki Yasushi thought about it, the more excited he got.

As for the rest of the items, they were all run-of-the-mill junk.

Aragaki Yasushi glanced at them and lost interest.

The Rocket Pack and Osprey Transport Aircraft at least looked impressive.

But he could fold a Paper Crane, make sure its wings were right, and fly with ease. He had no use for either of those big toys.

Suppressing his complaints, Aragaki Yasushi quickly took the Horse Talisman and Ox Talisman out of his system inventory and carefully tucked them against his body.

In an instant, two faint glimmers spread out from the talismans, and their power seeped into every part of his body.

Aragaki Yasushi felt so comfortable he nearly closed his eyes.

All the lingering injuries he'd accumulated from training and combat were completely healed in that moment, without leaving a trace.

Aragaki Yasushi flexed his hands and feet, feeling lighter than ever.

His body was now free of lingering injuries and illness. Forget surviving the Third Shinobi World War—even living peacefully to a ripe old age would be no problem.

For an ordinary ninja, being free of illness and injury was an almost unimaginable luxury.

After all, ordinary ninjas didn't have any noble bloodlines. Their bodies were nothing special, and they had to endure years of intense training and battles to the death. It was no wonder they accumulated injuries.

Over time, their bodies were worn down until they were more likely to die young than ordinary people. They were destined to be expendable in war.

Unless they had powerful Medical Ninjutsu and years of care—like a top medical ninja such as Tsunade—they couldn't expect to live much longer.

Even better, the Horse Talisman could heal others, not just him. His friends would never have to worry about dying from illness or injury, and they'd never have to experience the pain of losing a companion again.

If only I could draw the Dog Talisman too!

The Horse Talisman healed injuries, while the Dog Talisman granted immortality. Put the two together, and that would be true eternal life.

Maybe he could draw an ability directly. That would be better than getting nothing but items like he had this time.
