Background

Bei Bei is an exceptionally gifted Martial Soul Hall prodigy whose Golden Sacred Dragon martial soul granted him fifteen levels of innate soul power. By the time he met Huo Yuhao, he had already reached level 30 and was traveling to the Star Dou Forest to obtain his third soul ring. He considered becoming Huo Yuhao's friend an unexpected benefit of the expedition. 7

During the expedition, Bei Bei educated Huo Yuhao on soul beasts, the history of Martial Soul Hall, and the legend of Pope Chen Mo. He recognized Huo Yuhao's precision and judgment while fishing as extraordinary combat potential, even before Huo Yuhao had gained a soul ring. 8 9

Bei Bei absorbed the Thunderbolt Golden Snake's approximately 2,000-year soul ring as his third ring. The resulting configuration—an 863-year first ring, a thousand-year second ring, and a two-thousand-year third ring—established him as a talent able to repeatedly exceed conventional absorption limits. 13 15

Bei Bei has short deep-blue hair and golden eyes. When using his martial soul, his arms develop robust golden dragon scales and claws wreathed in lightning. 7 14

Despite this playful arrogance, he is considerate and sincere. He treats Huo Yuhao as a younger brother, congratulates him without jealousy over his thousand-year first soul ring, gives him a storage soul tool, and asks Wang Hong not to clear soul beasts in front of him after mistaking his reaction for distress. 9 10 12

In battle, Bei Bei is calm, curious, and competitive. He takes Huo Yuhao's abilities seriously, accepts a physical spar to test him, and later gives him a second chance to correct his tactical mistakes rather than immediately ending the match. 91 95
