"Clang!!!" Just as Solam's battleaxe was about to split Celeborn's head open, an exquisitely crafted longsword suddenly blocked it. An elven officer stepped forward and intercepted Solam's fatal strike for Celeborn. Taking advantage of that opening, Celeborn activated a magic item on his body and teleported to the rear.
The elf, however, was sent flying by the tremendous force behind Solam's battleaxe. His sword flew from his hand, and blood sprayed wildly from the webbing between his thumb and forefinger!
The elven warriors originally assigned to protect Celeborn immediately turned their weapons on Solam when they saw him appear among them, trying to kill this audacious madman on the spot.
Unfortunately, they had picked the wrong opponent.
"Lightning Storm!" After a long absence, the Shaman spell erupted once more. A violent storm of thunder burst from Solam's body, and countless bolts of lightning, carrying invisible electromagnetic fields, enveloped the elves around him.
When the blinding flashes and thunderclaps finally faded, only a field of charred elves remained, their fates unknown. Solam himself charged at Celeborn again!
