First and foremost, Solam's return was undoubtedly a tremendous encouragement to Ocasuan. Some might say that Solam had never directly intervened in Ocasuan's affairs, so what difference did it make to Ocasuan whether he returned or not?
But it could not be viewed that way. First, one had to look at the several forces under Solam's control.
The first was naturally the main island of Ocasuan. It had always remained under the control of the Seven Saints Council and Violette, and everything appeared to be developing steadily. But that was not actually the case. To begin with, both the human slaves and the native White Werewolves and lizardfolk needed a master.
