Only the ancient elves and the Netherese could use magic to enslave dragons. Ordinary Charm spells could only make a dragon space out for a moment. Of course, this only worked on weaklings among dragons like White Dragons. Even then, it merely clouded their awareness for a brief moment.

But that tiny sliver of time was exactly what Solam needed. While the White Dragon's mind was muddled, he immediately summoned Thor's Hammer back with his thoughts and hurled it again.

Bang! The White Dragon woke from the intense pain once more. But just as she recovered her senses, another Charm spell struck her head, plunging her back into a daze.
