It was a girl.

Nebula Kotetsu said, "Kanako, I'm not joking."
"If you're unhappy, then we should part ways. I don't want to be the reason you're unhappy."
Besides, with his goal of ninety-nine girlfriends, quite a few had already left along the way, and he was still starting to struggle to keep up with the rest.
