"So basically, I just can't show my emotions, right?"
Kushina took a deep breath. Though displeased, Tsunade did have a point.
After all, she had no idea what Minato was thinking. She was the only one who liked him—what right did she have to interfere in his affairs?
Once she thought it through, Kushina suddenly felt a little regretful.
She wanted to ask Minato outright what he thought of her, but she was afraid she would not get the answer she wanted and would instead ruin their relationship.
Seeing Kushina calm down, Tsunade nodded in satisfaction and quietly breathed a sigh of relief.
"That's right. And besides, things like liking someone are still a little too early for kids your age."
Tsunade advised, "Minato may be gentle, but he has always been steady. From what I know of him, he would never consider that sort of thing at a time like this. Even if there were a girl he liked, he would probably restrain himself and not show it easily."
"That's true..."
Kushina nodded repeatedly, thoroughly talked into it. "Then what should I do? Just watch from the sidelines?"
"Tsk, tsk, tsk~"
Tsunade raised an index finger and gently shook it. "Nothing touches a person's heart more than silent companionship."
"Mm..."
Kushina clenched her fists, her eyes blazing. "I'm going to follow them tomorrow and see for myself!"
"Mm... that works. I'll go with you."
Tsunade did not object. She was also somewhat curious about that girl named Nonō.
The next day, Kushina tried hard to put on a gentle expression. But the instant she saw Nonō, her eyelids could not stop twitching.
"Kushina, what's wrong?"
After only a single glance, Nonō had understood Kushina's mood. "Are you all right?"
"I'm fine."
Kushina lowered her little head and answered dully.
