Gu Yuena spent hundreds of thousands of years concealed beneath the Life Lake, enduring Dao injuries inflicted by the God Realm and avoiding the God Kings' attention. Though she retained the pride of the Silver Dragon King, she regarded restoring the Soul Beast race and taking revenge on the God Realm as her central purpose. 48

After Di Tian reported Su Chen's ability to ignore the Douluo Continent's heavenly suppression and heal her injuries, Gu Yuena chose to risk entering human territory. She suppressed her dragon aura, adopted a human disguise, and visited Listening Rain Pavilion with Di Tian. At its threshold, she sensed laws and Dao rhymes profound enough to halt the deterioration of her Origin Dao Wound. 48

Su Chen's account of the Perfect World's True Dragon shattered her former confidence in the Dragon God's bloodline. When offered Willow Deity Nirvana Liquid, Gu Yuena agreed to remain at Listening Rain Pavilion as Su Chen's servant in exchange for treatment. 50 51

The Nirvana Liquid completely healed her injuries, broke the laws embedded in her Dragon God Core, and purified her bloodline. Afterward, she formally addressed Su Chen as “Lord,” ordered Di Tian back to the Star Dou Forest, and began serving at Listening Rain Pavilion. 51

Gu Yuena was initially cold, regal, and intensely proud of her position as the Silver Dragon King. However, she is pragmatic when the survival of the Soul Beast race is at stake; she chose to meet Su Chen despite the danger because she considered pride meaningless before absolute strength and the fate of her people. 48

After learning how far the Dragon God's bloodline stood beneath a pure-blooded True Dragon, she accepted the truth rather than denying it. Her respect for Su Chen became genuine after he healed her and broadened her understanding of the wider world. 51

Enforcer of Su Chen's Will

While returning to the Star Dou Forest, Gu Yuena detects the Shrek group's attempt to capture her. She restrains Zhao Wuji, Dai Mubai, and their companions with Spatial Chains, then delivers them to Su Chen rather than deciding their fate herself. 55 56
