Dai Tu defended the Body Sect from Tang San and the Clear Sky Sect, then became its heir as Tang San sacrificed Niu Tian and Tai Tan for power. Dai Tu traveled to the Star Dou Great Forest, where he asked Bi Ji to heal Du Busi and proposed Soul Spirits to the Beast Kings.

• Dai Tu discovered the Six Paths Sage Eye’s power and retrieved the Evil Emperor’s head and its rare head soul bone.
• Tang San and Xiao Wu entered Shrek Academy as Lan San and Lan Wu, then learned that Wang Dong and Huo Yuhao had joined the Body Sect.
• Tang San, Xiao Wu, Niu Tian, and Tai Tan confronted the Body Sect and demanded Wang Dong and Huo Yuhao’s return.

Dai Tu forged an alliance with the Star Dou Great Forest, demonstrated the Soul Spirit method, and prepared to promote it at the tournament. After completing a God Trial and encountering Ye Xishui, he infiltrated the Holy Spirit Cult as its Holy Son and discovered an altar he and Electrolux could use for their own research.

• Dai Tu contracted with the Golden Hawksbill Turtle, creating a Soul Spirit and raising his Soul Power to level fifty-five, then secured the Beast Kings’ support for the Soul Spirit project.
• Dai Tu returned to the Body Sect, where Du Busi appointed him Vice Sect Master, while Tang San joined Shrek Academy’s tournament team and defeated Ma Xiaotao in a contest for captaincy.
• Dai Tu entered the Evil Demon Forest, killed the Zhongli Three Brothers, healed the surviving soul beasts, and completed his Fifth Trial of Destruction.
• Ye Xishui attacked Dai Tu, but Long Xiaoyao arrived and helped corner him, so Dai Tu agreed to join the Holy Spirit Cult rather than risk being killed.
• Dai Tu was named Holy Son, overcame challenges from the cult’s elders, and secretly faked the Soul Imprint that Ye Xishui required of its core members.
• Ye Xishui showed Dai Tu the Soul Ring Ascension Altar, which raised soul-ring ages by consuming soul beast souls, and Dai Tu secretly drew its stored energy into his spiritual sea.
