When the Demon Slayer Corps saw Uchiha Sora and Shisui reappear, they were holding an ancient-looking wooden box decorated with intricate patterns.

Their instincts told them it was the very box that housed countless demons: the Infinity Castle.

Uchiha Sora's gaze settled on Nezuko in the crowd.

She had once been the only demon to overcome sunlight, and the only one ever transformed from a demon back into a human.

As he looked at her, the atmosphere around them grew oppressive.

Tanjiro stepped in front of Nezuko, his hoarse cry exploding through the dead silence.

"Nezuko isn't a demon anymore. She'll never turn into one again!"

"Even when she was a demon, her instincts kept her from drinking human blood. She's a good girl—she would never, ever lose control!"

"Please! Please give her a chance!"

"Don't be so nervous. I didn't come here to exterminate demons."

Uchiha Sora raised a hand and beckoned. "Sorry for the trouble, but could you give me a little of your blood, or some medicine containing the Blue Spider Lily? I'll take it back and have someone work on it."

After gaining complete control of the Infinity Castle, Uchiha Sora had discovered one of its flaws.

Nakime, who managed the Infinity Castle, couldn't use her Blood Demon Art during the day.

To change that, he would have to help her overcome her fear of sunlight.

A girl with a butterfly hair ornament approached and took out a vial of medicine.

She had beautiful violet eyes. After handing the vial to Uchiha Sora, she summoned the courage to ask, "Sir... what do you intend to do with Muzan?"

Uchiha Sora hefted the wooden box. "Raise him."

"But... they're monsters who need to drink human blood!"

"You really are... very kind." Obanai was famous for his sharp tongue and wasn't good at expressing his feelings. Those words hardly sounded like something he would say.

Shisui smiled with pursed lips. "I don't know the whole story... but in a world like this, you've all been through a lot."

The mission was worth only twenty reputation points, the most Obanai could afford.

Uchiha Sora had barely made anything on this trip. Ten reputation points had been permanently deducted for him and Shisui to travel, leaving him with just ten points deposited.

Still, he hadn't come for the reputation points. He wanted to familiarize himself with how the platform worked—and get the Infinity Castle.

"User request received. Assessing the value of carried items."

"Living beings are incapable of resistance. The minimum rate will apply. User has named the spatial node 'Infinity Castle.' Travel cost: 30 reputation points, permanently deducted. Accept?"

"The user's travel ability has grown slightly. Returning with abilities at their current level will incur an additional cost of 0.3 reputation points. This mandatory charge cannot be reversed."

There was a lot of information.

Uchiha Sora changed the subject.

"Will demons appear in this world again?"

"According to the platform's calculations, the probability of supernatural beings reappearing in this dimension is below 0.00012."
