Yang Release Constitution

"So this is the Uchiha Clan's heritage?"

There was no need to mention Uchiha Madara's casual mastery of Lightning Release. In his Six Paths state, he'd used Senjutsu: Storm Release: Light Fang to slice through Six Paths Naruto's Truth-Seeking Staffs. That alone showed just how incredible Madara's Lightning Release was!

It was just that Madara usually preferred playing with fire and summoning his Susanoo, so everyone had overlooked his mastery of Lightning Release.

Looking at Keigo Uchiha's expectant expression, the Great Elder seemed thoughtful. He waved a hand and said, "Learn all this stuff first. We'll talk about the Nintaijutsu later."

"As for Water Release Ninjutsu... the Uchiha Clan has never had a Water Release user. That's a problem."

The Great Elder stroked his beard. "But Konoha once had... a powerful Water Release expert. If I remember correctly, the Second, Senju Tobirama's Water Release Ninjutsu is in Sarutobi Hiruzen's hands."

"Senju Tobirama may be dead, but with your talent, as long as you have the scroll, teaching yourself shouldn't be a problem!"

The Great Elder swept his hand through the air with commanding confidence.

Suddenly, he thought of something. Could it be... Yang Release?

"No, Hakuto isn't without a chakra nature. It's just... too powerful!"

The Great Elder smiled. He slowly placed a finger on the Chakra Paper. "It looks like the paper hasn't changed at all, but in fact... the front is glowing, while the back..."

He flipped the paper around. "...has darkened!"

Keigo Uchiha's pupils contracted.

Just as he'd thought.

One side glowed, the other darkened.

The Great Elder smiled as he explained, "Ordinary ninjas don't show Yin Release or Yang Release because their yin and yang natures aren't strong. But when Hakuto was born, it was the middle of winter."

"The white peach tree in the courtyard had been withered, yet it came back to life and blossomed. The other flowers and plants began to bloom again, too!"

"That was a sign of Yang Release at its strongest!"

The Great Elder looked at Hakuto with admiration and affection in his eyes. "Hakuto has a rare Yang Release constitution. I never thought the Uchiha Clan would produce someone with the Storm Release Kekkei Genkai and someone with a Yang Release constitution!"

Keigo Uchiha understood.

He finally got it.

Yang Release was commonplace among the Senju Clan, just as Yin Release was among the Uchiha Clan. But that only meant possessing Yang Release or Yin Release.

A Yang Release constitution was different!
