Shawn ignored the two goofballs and turned his attention to Jaina. He gave her a proper mage's salute and said softly, "Shawn pays his respects, Master Jaina."
Jaina nodded. "Shawn, I've heard all about your mission in Duskwood. You did very well, and Varian speaks highly of you. Is this Miss Chromie?"
Jaina looked at Chromie, who was idling nearby, and said thoughtfully, "I believe we've met before, in Theramore."
Chromie's little face flushed slightly.
While searching for Shawn, she had come to Theramore, intending to find him, only for Shawn to leave.
She had seen Jaina then and assumed Jaina hadn't noticed her. She hadn't expected that Jaina had spotted her at the time.
Shawn introduced her. "Master Jaina, Chromie is a member of the Bronze Dragonflight. She's helped us a great deal along the way. She deserves much of the credit for our success in driving off Eranikus and destroying the Dark Knight."
Jaina nodded.
She knew something about the Bronze Dragonflight, though not much.
They were far too mysterious, nowhere near as active as the other dragonflights.
Jaina said, "Miss Chromie, something has gone wrong with the seal on Ahn'Qiraj. Many of the insect swarm have appeared outside the Scarab Wall. The night elves have notified all the intelligent races and major cities of Azeroth: Stormwind City, Theramore, Undercity, Orgrimmar, Silvermoon City, Thunder Bluff, Ironforge... The enmity between dragonkind and the Qiraji stretches back a thousand years. What does the Bronze Dragonflight intend to do?"
With the conversation turning to serious matters, Chromie's expression grew solemn as well.
Chromie considered it, then said, "The five dragonflights suffered terrible losses in the War of the Shifting Sands a thousand years ago. If the Qiraji break the seal, of course we can't stand by. It's just that... my elder
