"Even Master Roshi says so?" Krillin was astonished.
After all, Krillin felt he had known Luo Tian for a very long time.
So many years had passed; how could they not know what level Luo Tian was at?
But today, Krillin heard from Son Goku that Luo Tian was actually not an ordinary person.
Krillin felt he couldn't quite accept it. Is this still the Luo Tian I know?
"Indeed. Don't forget, he was able to heal Goku's injuries with ease," Master Roshi said.
"It was just a healing technique, wasn't it?" Krillin said with a wry smile.
"Just a healing technique? You try doing it then," Master Roshi retorted irritably.
Krillin hung his head.
The problem is, I don't know how to do anything.
"Krillin, you must remember to always keep a humble heart," Master Roshi lectured. "Goku is right; Luo Tian is definitely much stronger than we imagined."
"Really? It's just that I can't tell at all," Krillin scratched his head.
"Setting aside the healing technique, have you seen any changes in Luo Tian's appearance over these years?" Master Roshi asked.
"Appearance? What do you mean?" Krillin was stunned.
"From the day we first met Luo Tian, nearly 20 years have passed. Have you seen Luo Tian get fatter or thinner? Or has he aged? You must realize that according to the age he stated, he is already 40 years old! A 40-year-old man without a single wrinkle at the corners of his eyes," Master Roshi mused.
Krillin's eyes widened.
Now that Master Roshi pointed it out, Krillin felt it really was the case.
Unknowingly, Luo Tian really seemed to be over 40 years old.
If he were a martial artist, a 40-year-old might not look aged at all.
But the problem was, Luo Tian had always acted as if he didn't know any martial arts.
Even so, after all these years, Luo Tian looked exactly the same as he did when he first appeared, without the slightest change.
Neither fat nor thin!
This was indeed a problem.
"Who exactly is he?" Krillin was shocked.
"That's why I say, Luo Tian must be extraordinary; it's just that we never noticed it before," Son Goku laughed.
"Hey, tell me, could it be that Bulma secretly gathered the Dragon Balls and wished for eternal youth for Luo Tian?" Krillin speculated.
"That possibility isn't entirely out of the question..." Master Roshi nodded slightly.
"No way, right?" Son Goku gave a bitter smile.
"Alright, let's not talk about this anymore. Goku, since you've already made up your mind, do as you see fit," Master Roshi said. "It's a pity I have nothing left to teach you."
"Haha, what are you saying, Master Roshi? Regardless of anything else, you are my mentor who started it all," Son Goku laughed heartily.
On the helicopter.
"Luo Tian, you don't really intend to teach Goku that... what was it called?" Bulma turned to ask Luo Tian.
"Yes, what else did you think?" Luo Tian smiled.
"What was that 'Self-something' called?" Bulma asked.
"Ultra Instinct," Luo Tian replied.
"Will it really work? It would be troublesome if he can't beat those two Saiyans," Bulma wiped away sweat.
"It depends on his comprehension. If he can't grasp it, he probably really won't be able to beat those two Saiyans," Luo Tian smiled slightly.
"How can you still laugh at a time like this?" Bulma was speechless.
"I'll see how his comprehension is in a few days. If it doesn't work, I'll have him practice the basics first," Luo Tian mused.
"Coming back to that, Luo Tian," Bulma looked at him again. "That Ultra Instinct thing, can you do it?"
"I can," Luo Tian nodded.
"Can you beat those two Saiyans?" Bulma asked.
"Never mind two, even 10,000 wouldn't be enough for me to handle," Luo Tian sighed.
Bulma: "..."
Can we have a normal conversation?
With you saying that, I don't even know how to respond.
"By the way, how did you make that staff appear?" Bulma asked again.
"Look, it's like this," Luo Tian said, and a staff suddenly appeared in his hand.
Bulma's eyes widened.
"Fun, right?" Luo Tian smiled.
Bulma rubbed her eyes, feeling as if she were in the middle of a dream.
Since when did Luo Tian learn how to perform magic?
And... was this even magic?
Why did she suddenly feel that Luo Tian was becoming so mysterious?
In the emerald green mountains.
Piccolo held the unconscious Son Gohan and descended into a body of water nearby.
"Wake up, Son Goku's son." Piccolo held Son Gohan high.
However, Son Gohan remained fast asleep.
"Hmph, this little brat!" Piccolo gritted his teeth and tossed Son Gohan into the water.
Son Gohan swallowed a few mouthfuls of water and woke up instantly.
Immediately after, Son Gohan looked around, his face filled with confusion.
Where am I?
How did I end up in the water?
"I have something to tell you, get up here quickly," Piccolo said.
Son Gohan froze, turning his head to look at Piccolo behind him.
Piccolo wore a cold expression, revealing a terrifying face.
"Eh? Who are you?" Son Gohan was startled, suddenly reacting, "Where's my dad? Where did Dad go? Help! Dad!"
Son Gohan splashed around wildly in the water, searching for his father.
"Dad, I'm scared!" Son Gohan shouted loudly.
"How annoying!" Piccolo gritted his teeth, "I'll take care of you."
With that, Piccolo flew up, grabbed Son Gohan, and threw him onto the grass nearby.
"Waaaaah..."
Son Gohan burst into tears.
"Stop that noise, if you cry again, I'll snap your neck," Piccolo threatened.
This tactic proved effective; Son Gohan didn't dare to cry loudly anymore.
"Alright, listen to me," Piccolo said coldly, "First of all, your father is still alive, but he doesn't have the time to look after you! You remember a little bit, don't you? To defeat that man, he nearly died."
"What? Dad... sob sob sob..." Son Gohan looked aggrieved, nearly bursting into tears again.
"Hey, your dad isn't dead, what are you crying for? If you cry again... I really will strangle you." Piccolo stretched out his hands, scaring Son Gohan.
Son Gohan trembled all over, not daring to cry anymore.
"Even if your dad had died, it wouldn't matter. You've heard of the Dragon Balls, right? Even if he died, he could be resurrected through them," Piccolo said indifferently, "That isn't the problem. The terrifying guy who took you away is dead, but a year from now, two of his companions, even stronger than him, will come to Earth. Neither your father nor I are a match for them, so we need your power. Train hard, and let's protect our Earth together."
