"Can I take off these heavy clothes now?" Yajirobe asked.

Son Gohan sat on the ground, bruised and battered, grimacing in pain.
"Hmph. At least you've finally stopped being such a crybaby after six months," Piccolo said, sitting beside Son Gohan.
"Heh heh heh..." Son Gohan chuckled foolishly, then asked, "Uncle Piccolo, did you fight my dad before?"
"Our fight isn't over yet. Once we beat the Saiyans, your dad will be next," Piccolo snorted.
"But Dad once said that after you regenerated, Uncle Piccolo, you weren't as vicious as before," Son Gohan said with a grin.
"Hmph!" Piccolo bared his teeth.
Brat, why'd you have to say something so true?
"I think so too, even though Mom and Grandpa are both scared of you," Son Gohan said with a smile.
Piccolo: "..."
"Enough talking. Go to sleep. Tomorrow's training won't be this easy!" Piccolo scolded him.
"Yes! Yes!" Son Gohan replied quickly.
Then Son Gohan lay down and fell asleep.
"You little idiot!" Piccolo gritted his teeth.
And so, another forty days passed.
Son Goku had adapted to the ten times gravity on King Kai's Planet.
"Smack!"
Son Goku sped up and grabbed Bubbles in one swift motion.
"I finally caught him! This is great!" Son Goku exclaimed, hugging the black ape.
"Nicely done!" King Kai praised Son Goku's impressive performance.
He really was talented. He'd adapted to the planet's gravity so quickly.
And as impolite as the kid was, he had a truly kind heart.
"Are you ready? My training is even tougher than you can imagine!" King Kai called out. "Can you endure it?"
"Yeah, I can!" Son Goku nodded excitedly.
After forty days of training, Son Goku suddenly felt that his strength had increased by more than just a little.
Man, this seems way more effective than that Ultra Instinct Luo Tian taught me.
I'm a little torn.
Should I keep training here, or continue learning Ultra Instinct from Luo Tian?
But I know that Luo Tian's Ultra Instinct has more potential.
Still, if I can't beat the two Saiyans who are about to arrive on Earth, there won't be much point in training Ultra Instinct.
I'd better learn King Kai's techniques first.

King Kai immediately unleashed Kaioken and gave Son Goku a thorough beating.
Son Goku was bruised and battered, grimacing in pain.
"That's right. Just as you saw, this is Kaioken. It can greatly increase your strength," King Kai said with a smile.
"That's incredible! No wonder Luo Tian told me to come train with you," Son Goku said with a hearty laugh.
"Who's Luo Tian?" King Kai asked.
"You don't know him. It'd take too long to explain, so I'd better not," Son Goku said, scratching his head.
"You brat! You can't just tell half the story!" King Kai snapped.
The training continued.
The day Vegeta and Nappa would arrive on Earth was drawing closer and closer.
Krillin and the others on Earth had also begun their hellish training.
On King Kai's Planet.
Son Goku had already mastered Kaioken.
And King Kai hadn't held back. He'd also taught Son Goku the Spirit Bomb.

Just now, the Spirit Bomb Son Goku had controlled knocked a fast-moving rock out of the sky.

"King Kai... weren't you going to send me back to Earth? Hurry up and take me there," Son Goku said.

"You got here the way you got here. I can't send you back!" King Kai snapped.
"This is a real headache... I don't know the way," Son Goku said, scratching his head with a helpless look.
"Didn't you say someone brought you here? Just have that person come get you," King Kai replied.
