Over the next few days, Bulma brought the spaceship back to the Capsule Corporation headquarters, where she and her father researched and modified it together.

"That's incredible. The universe is so vast, and there are so many people even more brilliant than I am," Dr. Brief said with a heartfelt sigh.

"Dad, enough sighing. Get back to work," Bulma said.

"Bulma, remember to wear this." Dr. Brief pulled out a little box and handed it to her.

Bulma blinked, took the box, and opened it.

The moment she saw what was inside, her cheeks flushed red.

"Dad! Why are you giving me this?" Bulma snapped.

"You two aren't married yet... Are you saying you want a baby already?" Dr. Brief replied, adjusting his glasses.

"What are you talking about, Dad?" Bulma cried.

"If you want a baby now, just forget I said anything." Dr. Brief laughed.

At last, the day of their departure arrived.

Luo Tian and Bulma rode the modified spaceship down to the island where Kame House stood.

Krillin had been waiting there for quite some time.

"Sorry to keep you all waiting," Bulma said as she stepped out.

"Miss Bulma, can this thing really travel through space?" Krillin asked.

"Of course." Bulma was used to that question.

"By the way... where's Luo Tian?" Krillin asked.

"He's on the spaceship. He couldn't be bothered to get off," Bulma replied.

"Um... Miss Bulma, you should confess your feelings to Luo Tian on this trip to Namek, right?" Krillin asked in a low voice.

Thwack!

Bulma knocked Krillin flat with one punch.

"Stop sticking your nose into other people's business. Worry about your own!" Bulma glared at him.

"Ouch... why are you so angry?" Krillin wiped away his sweat.

"What about Gohan? Is he still not here?" Bulma asked.
