Soro stopped paying attention to Vegeta.

His gaze shifted away from Vegeta, his body spun in mid-air, and he flew directly in front of Cui.

After all, Soro no longer possessed the Flash Technique.

What he had done just now was purely to scare him.

Cui had just descended from high altitude, his body still swaying, and he looked at Soro with lingering fear.

He turned his head to look at Vegeta, who was still covering his eyes and trembling over there, his gaze sweeping back and forth between the two of them, unable to process what was happening for a moment.

Why do I get the feeling that Vegeta is terrified of him?

Who is this guy?

Does he have some special ability?

He mentioned something about a Flash Technique earlier... and Vegeta was so scared he covered his eyes.

Cui's Adam's apple bobbed, and the hair on the back of his neck stood up.

"How about it?" Soro smiled as he scrutinized Cui, his hands in his pockets, his body leaning slightly forward. "I saved you; you should thank me, right?"

"Who are you?" Cui asked, his voice tinged with wariness.

"My name is Soro," Soro said, a smile playing on his lips.

"That's a Saiyan name." Cui frowned, his eyes scanning Soro up and down. "Are you a Saiyan, too?"

There really are quite a few Saiyans who have come to Namek this time.

It seems like all the Saiyans have come to this planet, haven't they?

And that guy named Kakarot down below, he should be a Saiyan as well.

Cui's gaze drifted past Soro to glance downward before returning to him.

"Were you injured just now?" Soro said, pulling an egg from behind his back and holding it out to Cui. "Eat an egg to calm your nerves."

The eggshell was milky white with a smooth surface that shimmered slightly in the sunlight; its oval silhouette was full and rounded, about the size of a chicken egg.

This egg was something Soro had produced while on the road, when he was bored and used the Stare of Pregnancy skill on a small tree.

At that time, he had stared at the small tree for ten seconds without blinking.

The tree trunk had split open with a cracking sound, and a warm current of air had surged from the fissure.

Before long, the trunk spat out an egg, which rolled onto the ground.

Looking at the egg in Soro's hand, Cui was a bit confused, his brows furrowing slightly.

He looked up at Soro's face, then down at the egg, then back up at Soro.

You're actually a pretty decent guy!

Cui swallowed, his Adam's apple bobbing, and he realized he was actually quite hungry.

After all, he had chased Vegeta all the way to Namek, spent several days bouncing around in a spaceship, and hadn't had a chance to eat a proper meal yet.

This egg looked quite tempting.

As for poison?

That was out of the question!

After all, the other party already held a clear advantage and possessed overwhelming combat power; there was no need to resort to low-handed tactics like poisoning.

If he really wanted to kill him, he could just do it directly.

"Thanks," Cui said, not suspecting a thing, and quickly took the egg. "You really are a good person!"

His fingers pinched the shell, feeling the warmth, and he applied a light pressure with his fingertips.

"Crack."

The shell split open, revealing the white albumen and golden yolk inside; the egg liquid trembled slightly, emitting a faint, fresh fragrance.

Cui opened his mouth, his throat moved, and he downed the raw egg in one go.

The liquid slid down his throat, the warm sensation traveling all the way down his esophagus.

He smacked his lips, swirled his tongue around his mouth, and savored it silently.

"Not bad," Cui remarked, his eyes brightening. "Quite tasty."

He licked his lips, a bit of egg residue still clinging to the corner of his mouth.

Soro stared at the egg Cui had just consumed and rubbed his chin, his fingers stroking his jawline.

Could it be that when the Stare of Pregnancy skill is used on rocks or trees, they always produce eggs like this?

His gaze deepened as he fell into contemplation.

I'll have to find a larger rock or tree to test it next time.

The tree he had found this time wasn't very big; the trunk was only as thick as an arm, and the egg it produced was only about the size of a chicken egg.

Furthermore, watching Cui consume that egg, he found the sensation to be not much different from the one Krillin had eaten.

The texture of the egg white, the luster of the yolk—he estimated that even the taste was likely very similar.

A thought stirred in Soro's heart, and his eyes brightened.

His gaze landed on Cui, focusing intently on Cui's abdomen.

Then, Soro stared at Cui without blinking.

His pupils locked onto Cui's body, his gaze like two nails, pinning him firmly in place.

One second.

Two seconds.

Three seconds.

He wanted to see what kind of thing this guy would give birth to after becoming pregnant.

Just as Soro was staring unblinkingly at Cui, Vegeta reacted immediately.

He quietly lowered his hands, his fingers slowly moving away from his eyes to reveal a narrow gap.

He peered out through the slit between his fingers.

Soro was facing away from him, his gaze fixed on Cui, completely unaware of what was happening on this side.

The corners of Vegeta's mouth curled up slightly, then immediately pulled back into a line.

A brief moment of hesitation.

He dared not say a word; his body leaned back slightly, and he gave a light kick against the void.

Vegeta transformed directly into a streak of light, his body launching forward with such speed that he left a long afterimage trailing in the air.

He fled rapidly into the distance, flying hundreds of meters in the blink of an eye.

Soro paid him no mind.

He remained staring at Cui, eyes unblinking, like a statue.

However, Piccolo could no longer restrain himself.

He crossed his arms over his chest, the corners of his mouth curling into a look of contempt.

"Hmph." Piccolo's voice squeezed out from his throat, carrying a chill. "Trying to run!"

As he spoke, Piccolo's arm suddenly elongated.

Muscles stretched and bones extended; his arm shot out from his shoulder like a rubber band, moving so fast that it was almost impossible for the naked eye to track.

"Whoosh!"

The speed at which Piccolo's arm extended was even faster than Vegeta's flight.

The arm tore through the air, emitting a sharp whistling sound as it streaked across the sky like a green serpent.

In an instant, Piccolo's large hand clamped onto Vegeta's ankle.

His five fingers hooked around the ankle, knuckles tightening, locking onto him as firmly as an iron vise.

Vegeta's body jerked to a sudden halt, his entire frame yanked to a stop in mid-air.

He looked down, his pupils shrinking to pinpricks, reflecting the green hand.

Vegeta's expression shifted repeatedly, from shock to fury, and from fury to ugliness.

It was that Namekian!

His arm could actually stretch this far!

Vegeta's teeth ground together with a clatter, and he struggled with his ankle, but Piccolo's fingers did not budge in the slightest.

Before Vegeta could react, Piccolo yanked on his ankle, fingers digging in, and pulled his body violently toward him.

At the same time, Piccolo's other fist was already prepared, arm pulled back, muscles coiled tight.

"Bang!"

Piccolo's fist slammed heavily into Vegeta's face.

The surface of the fist sank into his cheek, a shockwave of energy exploding from the point of impact, and Vegeta's head snapped violently to the side.

"Augh..."

Vegeta let out a miserable cry, sent flying backward, his body tumbling twice in the air before crashing into the ground.

A red, swollen patch rose on his cheek, and a trickle of blood spilled from the corner of his mouth.
