Chen glanced at the figure, a faint smile curling at the corner of his lips. If he had guessed correctly, this guy should be Heiji Hattori!
"Ran, who's this charcoal-black guy?"
The moment Heiji Hattori heard the words "charcoal-black," his face darkened, and he glared at Chen in displeasure.
"Do you have any manners?" Heiji Hattori demanded unhappily.
"Manners? That depends on who I'm dealing with. I don't need any manners for you." Chen cast him a calm glance.
This guy actually had the nerve to talk about manners. He had barged into someone else's home without permission and started yelling—was that supposed to be polite?
"What do you mean by that? And who are you? Are you Shinichi Kudo?" Heiji Hattori asked Chen irritably.
"No, I'm definitely not Shinichi Kudo."
"That makes sense. I've seen pictures of Shinichi Kudo, and you don't look anything like him." Heiji Hattori nodded.
"Achoo!" Conan sneezed, his gaze fixed on Heiji Hattori. From the looks of him, he didn't seem to be a member of the Black Organization.
"Kid, who exactly are you, and what are you here for? Are you here to hire me?" Kogoro Mouri raised his head and asked.
"Hire you? I'd never hire a muddleheaded detective like you." Heiji Hattori shot Kogoro Mouri a disdainful glance.
Although Kogoro Mouri seemed to be quite famous now, Heiji Hattori felt there had to be a reason why he had suddenly become so capable. Perhaps Shinichi Kudo had given him some pointers.
"You bastard, you dare look down on me?" Kogoro Mouri clenched his fists angrily.
"I just want to know where Shinichi Kudo is."
"Why are you looking for that annoying brat at my house? You're not welcome here. Get out, now! You're just as irritating as that obnoxious brat!"
