Ai Haibara would never admit that she had been jealous, but she really had felt upset just now. She had even entertained the thought of wiping that woman out humanely.
After returning home, Ai Haibara gave an embellished account of what had happened, and Vermouth and the others immediately turned their gazes toward Shin.
"Hey, hey, why are you all looking at me like that? Let me tell you, I'd never be interested in that kind of woman." Shin took a sip of juice as he spoke.
"Oh? So if she were someone you actually liked, would you have brought her back with you?" Miwako asked Shin with a dangerous look in her eyes.
"Well, not necessarily. She didn't meet my standards in looks. If she'd been as beautiful as you girls, I might have brought her back already." Shin leaned back against the sofa.
"You really are shameless, saying something like that." Akako Koizumi shot Shin a disdainful glance.
Shin spread his hands, not feeling ashamed in the slightest.
"I really want to beat you up." Ai Haibara gritted her teeth.
If it had been her beautiful female teacher, Sumiko Kobayashi, would Shin have brought her home already?
However, Sumiko Kobayashi's personality was different from that Fujimoto Kae woman's. She would never do something so shameless, much less deliberately seduce someone.
"I'm telling you, that woman is filthy. You'd better stay away from her." Ai Haibara said to Shin.
Even if Ai Haibara had not told him, Shin would never have been interested in that kind of woman anyway.
"School exams are coming up. Are you going?" Akako Koizumi asked Shin.
"No, no. I don't know anything, so what would I go take exams for? I'd rather stay home.
