Early morning.

The residents of the Land of Waves woke up early to find the sea blanketed in thick fog.

Fishermen preparing to head out to sea naturally could not set sail in such weather.

"Those people downstairs are merely hired wandering samurai; there is no need to kill them," Yuki Haku said as he caught the scrolls.

"They are Gato's claws," Su Yu replied to Yuki Haku before walking past him.

Yuki Haku watched Su Yu's retreating figure, ceased his attempts to dissuade him, and turned to leave.

An hour later.

The thick fog began to slowly dissipate.

The people, however, discovered that the Gato Building was on fire.

By the time some people arrived at the scene.

The fire was already beyond control.

Uzuki Yugao stood on the bridge, looking at the burning building, lost in thought.

She stood there for a long time.

When she returned to Tazuna's home, she saw Su Yu standing on the surface of the water.

The water beneath his feet was perfectly calm.

Uzuki Yugao walked up behind Su Yu.

"Gato's building is on fire."

"Teacher Uzuki Yugao, I am suited for the Anbu."

Su Yu said this with his eyes closed.

"This has nothing to do with the Anbu; even an Anbu ninja from Konoha would not do such a thing," Uzuki Yugao said slowly.

Su Yu opened his eyes and looked at Uzuki Yugao.

"I don't feel that I did anything wrong."

A long silence passed.

She turned around.

"This time, I will not pursue it, but next time, I will report it to the Hokage."

"Thank you, Teacher Uzuki Yugao." Su Yu bowed.

He knew that Uzuki Yugao was repaying the debt of gratitude for his parents saving her life.

Gato's building was gone.

There was no longer any resistance to the construction of the bridge.

The Daimyo of the Land of Waves recruited two ninjas, intending to establish a ninja village to protect the residents of the Land of Waves.
