Early morning.

The residents of the Land of Waves woke early to find the sea shrouded in mist.

The fishermen preparing to go out to sea naturally couldn't head out in weather like this.

"The men downstairs are just hired wandering samurai. There's no need to kill them," Yuki Haku said as he caught the scrolls.

"They're Gato's lackeys." Su Yu said this as he walked past him.

Yuki Haku watched Su Yu's retreating back. He didn't try to stop him again, and turned to leave.

An hour later,

the fog began to slowly clear.

But people soon noticed that the Gato Building was on fire.

By the time some of them reached the scene,

the fire was already out of control.

Uzuki Yugao stood on the bridge, staring at the burning building, lost in thought.

She stood there for a long time.

"Gato's building is on fire."
