History
Lin published a theory of Honkai Energy structure, earning a reputation that made others expect confidence even when he had prepared no draft for a public speech 196. As humanity's situation worsened, a longtime acquaintance watched him change from someone who smiled and shared strange jokes and theories into a distant, taciturn man 205.
To prevent his condition from worsening, doctors planned to replace the remaining parts of his body with mechanical prosthetics 206. He continued working through the Eleventh Honkai War, recording that the world population had fallen below one million and only ten human strongholds remained 210.
Lin eventually became the last human of the Previous Civilization.
