"What's the situation? Are Blue-Feathered Griffins not allowed to fly within Winterfort's territory? In weather this cold, are there really people assigned to enforce that?" Uchiha Madara asked.
"It's neither of those things. The Blue-Feathered Griffin's cold resistance is limited. Once it flies far enough and the weather gets too cold, it won't be able to keep flying," Belaque said.
"Didn't we originally come here riding Lightning Birds? If we were still riding Lightning Birds, they probably would have been unable to fly by now," Belaque said with a smile.
