"Then why did they go outside? This cave is obviously so safe, with such a nice environment, and it's quite warm too," Belaque said.
"I'm not one of those animals, so how would I know? We still can't determine how deep or how far this cave goes, and we can't even be sure whether there are animals inside," Uchiha Madara said.
"Maybe they never went out at all and have been inside this cave the whole time," Uchiha Madara said with a smile.
"Then aren't we trespassing on someone else's territory? And we're drinking tea, chatting, and sleeping here. Isn't that a little too presumptuous?" Belaque said to Uchiha Madara with a smile.
"We don't even know if there are any. Besides, we're the highest forms of life. Spending one night in the home of these lower life forms is perfectly reasonable," Uchiha Madara said.
"Get some rest. We'll have to go hungry tonight; it doesn't look like we have anything left to eat. We originally planned to eat wherever we went, but outside the cave, there are only those glowing little bugs," Uchiha Madara said.
"I don't like eating bugs. I'd rather starve to death than eat those things," Belaque said.
"There is another way, actually, but it's a little risky and troublesome," Uchiha Madara said to Belaque with a smile.
"If there's another way, just say it all at once. Stop holding back. On this Great Snow Mountain, the only thing we can eat right now is bugs," Belaque said.
"Yes, there are only bugs to eat outside the cave. But have you considered whether there might be something tasty inside this cave?" Uchiha Madara said.
