"This room too—why can't there be two beds in one room?" Ximaida said.

"I honestly don't mind." Uchiha Madara smiled at Ximaida. "I'm fine no matter what."

"A stool or no stool, a bed or no bed—it's all the same to me," Uchiha Madara said.

As he spoke, Uchiha Madara quickly formed a hand seal, then lightly pressed his hand against the ground.

Several saplings slowly grew from the floor, intertwining into a bed.

Ximaida stared at Uchiha Madara in astonishment.

"How can you do everything?" Ximaida asked Uchiha Madara.

"Isn't that because I'm old?" Uchiha Madara replied with a smile. "Old people tend to know a little bit of everything, though they're never particularly skilled at any of it."

"What is that? Could this be..." Before Ximaida could finish, Uchiha Madara cut her off.

"That's right, it's nature magic," Uchiha Madara said with a smile.

Uchiha Madara had truly grown used to the patterns of the people in this world. Whenever anyone saw him use this move, they would ask whether it was nature magic.

So now, Uchiha Madara simply said it himself to stop them from asking.

"That's exactly what I was going to say." Ximaida's face was full of amazement. "You're actually a mage—and one of the rare nature mages at that."

"There are plenty more things about me that would surprise you, young one." Uchiha Madara smiled. "Though I can't show you yet."

"But I think tomorrow should be about right," Uchiha Madara said.

"Then you have to let me see it tomorrow night. I really want to broaden my horizons in this world," Ximaida
