"Hello." The man looked at Uchiha Madara and asked.
"Hello." Uchiha Madara found it rather strange. He did not know this man, and there were plenty of empty tables in the restaurant, so why had the man chosen to sit directly across from him?
"You seem to be from out of town. I've never seen you in our country before," the man said.
"I came from a very distant place. Today is my first day here. I'm only passing through your country and have no other business," Uchiha Madara said.
Uchiha Madara found the man's voice somewhat strange, though he could not pinpoint what exactly felt off. Could the man before him be nothing more than an illusion?
"Did you need something from me?" Uchiha Madara asked.
"Nothing. I was simply wondering why our little country had a guest who had come from so far away. I just wanted to ask what business brought you here," the man said.
"Why can't there be guests? Have guests never come to your country before?" Uchiha Madara asked with a smile.
"Of course they can. But I've never seen a guest who carried no luggage at all," the man said, smiling at Uchiha Madara.
"I'm a mage. Does your country have some special requirements?" Uchiha Madara felt that calling himself a mage should keep others from suspecting him and might even earn him some respect.
"So you're a mage." The man looked at Uchiha Madara with complete disbelief. "I thought you were a novelist, traveling everywhere and coming to our country in search of material."
"Kelana?" Uchiha Madara finally realized who the man before him was.
