"I'd never heard anyone describe themselves so terribly before," Uchiha Madara said speechlessly.
Uchiha Madara looked around. The place was packed with people. Although there were three registration areas, each had an enormous line stretching out before it. It was the first time Uchiha Madara had ever seen such a lively scene.
"Even compared to the racial tournament, this is on an entirely different level," Uchiha Madara said.
"That grand event had far too many registration sites. In our world, there was practically one registration site every few countries, so the crowds didn't seem so large. But this time, it's all the men in our entire country," Kelana said with a smile.
Uchiha Madara looked at the crowd and found it rather interesting that every one of them wore a mask.
Though there were many people registering, Uchiha Madara spent his time examining the masks as he waited, and before he knew it, time had passed. Gradually, it was his and Kelana's turn.
"What's your name? Take off your mask so I can have a look," the registrar said to Uchiha Madara.
"You don't have to tell me your real name. A codename will do. Let me see your face, and then I can assign you an area. Come back tomorrow to take part in the competition," the registrar said.
After Uchiha Madara finished all the procedures, the registrar finally asked, "What weapon do you use?"
"A weapon?" Uchiha Madara was somewhat surprised. "Are contestants allowed to carry weapons this time?"
"What exactly did you come here for?" the registrar said, looking at Uchiha Madara. "You didn't even know weapons were allowed in this competition?"
"If I hadn't reminded you today, you might have died in the arena tomorrow," the registrar said with a laugh.
Uchiha Madara nodded. "Thank you."
