Patriarch Hongjun turned to Uchiha Shin with a smile. "What else is it, Mystic Spirit King?"
"Patriarch Hongjun, there is something I wish to ask. Within the Three Realms, everyone believes that Eastern Emperor Taiyi, God Pangu, and Nuwa are your disciples. However, some immortals know the truth—that you are only their master in name, not their true master. What I want to ask is, who is their real master?" Uchiha Shin asked as he looked at Patriarch Hongjun.
Uchiha Shin had always been deeply puzzled by this. He had asked Eastern Emperor Taiyi before, but Eastern Emperor Taiyi had not answered. He said that he did not know.
Patriarch Hongjun could not help but pause when he heard this. He glanced at Uchiha Shin. "What made you think to ask that?"

"Mystic Spirit King, you are overthinking it. That is not the case." Patriarch Hongjun smiled.
"Mystic Spirit King, you are no ordinary person either, so I can tell you the truth. It can be said that the three of them have a master, but it can also be said that they do not."
"Why is that?" Uchiha Shin asked.
"How should I put it? The three of them were born from the Deva Path, for the purpose of opening up a world. That was why the three of them came into being. But they had to have a master, so I, Patriarch Hongjun, as the representative of the Deva Path, became their master." Patriarch Hongjun smiled again after saying this.
Uchiha Shin nodded, understanding now.
