This was a hidden valley southeast of the Land of Fire, once the territory of the Kaguya Clan.

After leaving Konoha and joining up with Uchiha Shinji and the others from Xin City, all the Uchiha clansmen had been brought by Akatsuki to this secretly prepared clan settlement.

The basic framework of a village had long since been built here, allowing the Uchiha clansmen to move in directly. Uzumaki Mito and the others had also settled down here long ago. Soon afterward, Shin and the Uchiha arrived as well. Under Uzumaki Mito's direction, they used the mist surrounding the valley to set up deceptive sealing techniques, mixed with genjutsu recorded by the Uchiha Clan. Anyone entering it who was not an Elite Jonin proficient in genjutsu would unconsciously

lose their way and eventually return to where they started.

Akatsuki had carefully selected this place. It was remote and had excellent terrain, making it ideal for growth and expansion.

A few days later, Hyuga Tamamo also arrived with the Uchiha ninja of the Anbu. The place had truly become an isolated paradise, cut off from the outside world.

Moreover, because Hyuga Tamamo had emptied out the Anbu organization before leaving, Konoha's intelligence network had suffered a severe setback. Finding this place was practically impossible.
