If Mirai knew that Danzo had lifted the protection and surveillance on him, he would have been overjoyed. He did not want to be watched all day long. Having the familiar Inoue Kawakami protect him was more than enough. He wanted the ANBU as far away as possible.
Of course, Danzo lifting Mirai's protection pleased them the most. Recently, they had been counting on their fingers and praying day and night for Konoha to relax its protection over Mirai.
Sarutobi Hiruzen did not care about Danzo's disrespect toward him. After all, they had been old friends for many years. Still, Sarutobi Hiruzen took every opportunity to remind Danzo from time to time, lest he forget who was the Huo Ying!
However, since Danzo was in hiding, Sarutobi Hiruzen planned to summon Mirai tomorrow and formally accept him as his disciple, so as not to delay any longer.
Looking at the image in the crystal ball, Mirai had returned home and was tirelessly practicing patience. Sarutobi Hiruzen smiled in satisfaction and began eagerly looking forward to meeting him tomorrow.
"Haiyi-senpai, please welcome Lord Huo Ying. Take the child Mirai to the Hokage Office immediately."
Early the next morning, Tanaka, who had been preparing to continue guiding Mirai in his patience training, received a notification from the ANBU. He looked at Mirai in confusion, unable to understand why the Third had summoned both him and Mirai to the Hokage Office.
Even so, Tanaka firmly carried out the order. He picked Mirai up and rushed to the Hokage Office.
"Lord Third, Jonin Tanaka reporting." After the ANBU finished briefing him, Tanaka entered the Hokage Office with Mirai and spoke respectfully.
"Haiyi, you're here." After finishing with the documents, Sarutobi Hiruzen looked up at Tanaka and Mirai and said with a gentle smile.
Under
