"There are three main types of Treasure Appraisal Fairs. The first is held for our academy, and the academy makes the purchases. Things like the rare metals the Soul Guidance Department needs and the ingredients the Martial Soul Department needs all come from fairs like that. But apart from the materials and ingredients the teachers want, there isn't much of interest there. The other two types are held for us students. The best is the one for Inner Court disciples.
