With the seal handle in hand, Landen immediately wrote a letter on a sheet of paper bearing the Gallop Royal Family's imprint, inviting the Secretariat and Executive Committee of the Gallop Fund to formally return to the Finance Department of Night-Kirin City. He then stamped it with four great seals: the Finance Department of Night-Kirin City, the Administration Hall of Night-Kirin City, the Gallop Kingdom, and the Gallop Royal Family.

"Landen, are you really sure about this?" Hark asked softly from the side as he watched his son sweep the brush and splash ink, then bang down seal after seal. "Won't this be a bit too big a move?"
