Although Sophia had stirred up a bit of commotion and summoned a Demigod and a Legendary Elf, the negotiations between Landen and the Tower of Purity mage, Teferi Klein, still had to continue. Teferi's true purpose in coming this time was to inspect whether Landen's academy met the Tower of Purity's requirements.

According to the agreement between Blue Dragon School and the Tower of Purity, the transfer of that batch of old teaching equipment had to meet the requirements set by the Tower of Purity—namely, that the school accepting the donation had to have a certain proportion of students from the commoner class, and had to ensure that a certain number among those students could reach intermediate rank or higher as professionals.

In truth, Landen's school fully met the requirements. After all, all six Senior Mages had once even been Barbarians.

But even if it met the requirements, Teferi, as the Archmage within the Tower of Purity who placed the greatest importance on commoner education, still had to see it with his own eyes before he could approve it.

"Our current students come from three groups. The first are children aged fourteen to sixteen from within the territory. The second are some noble children from the Royal Capital. The third are the children Gleia brought over. Many of them are in situations similar to Wendy and the others—they offended nobles at Blue Dragon School."

"You can make sure every child here receives an education?" Teferi was somewhat surprised.

"Yes, but the Barbarian children have a very poor ability to learn writing. Most of them receive team education and skills education instead—herding, weaving, raising cattle and sheep, and so on." Landen was somewhat helpless as well. There was no small gap between the Barbarians in the southern and northern parts of
