Within the Iowa Valley pass, the mist above the walls was gradually clearing. Below them, thousands of Human Race people from Hindukush passed through the pass and returned to their ancestors' homeland.
"Don't stop! Move straight to either side!"
The first thing the slaves from Beastmen territory saw upon returning to Human Race territory was two magical beasts: Blaze and the Magic Pattern Tiger.
"Don't stare! Keep moving!"
The Magic Pattern Tiger patted the dazed people and urged them to hurry along.
Yet amid the countless people evacuating east, one female knight was heading in the opposite direction.
"Pinketo!" Honnier spotted someone she knew and quickly grabbed him to ask, "Did all of you make it over? Do you know where my grandfather is? Did he come with you?"
When the Junior Mage saw it was Honnier, he quickly replied, "Mentor Rosef isn't with us. His youngest son, Knight Tokaf, is leading the group!"
"Uncle Tokaf?" Honnier let the Junior Mage go and continued forward. Sure enough, after passing through the Gallop Knight Order's ranks, she saw a Senior Knight standing before the Magic Pattern Tiger.
"Uncle Tokaf!" Honnier shouted.
"Honnier?" Tokaf stared at her in shock. "It really is you! You're still alive?"
Unable to contain her excitement, the female knight ran up to the Magic Pattern Tiger and grabbed Tokaf by the shoulders. "Where's Grandfather? Where's Grandfather Rosef?"
"Father..." But the answer she received was far from good news. "He stayed behind in the Beastmen camp. Those beasts will probably kill him!"
Before Tokaf could finish, a commotion rose behind them. He looked up and saw a hundred-meter-tall giant towering above the city wall, forming a barrier between the Gallop Family and the Beastmen.
"May our ancestors protect us! May the great God Emperor protect us!" Honnier found
