The fairies danced gracefully for a long time before finally landing. The moment Fiana saw Landen, she started complaining.
"Landen, the Dragon Race's mages have spent years modifying this Magic Furnace. So many of the Magic Array's principles have changed that learning them feels just like learning the furnace all over again!"
"Really? Which set of principles do you think is better: this one, Dragon Tooth City's, or the original version from the Goblins?" Landen asked with a smile. He knew Fiana was really fishing for praise, but he genuinely wanted to compare the differences among the three.
"Each has its own strengths. Every Magic Furnace is installed in a different location, so you can't simply judge them as better or worse!" Fiana thumped her chest and grinned. "But we fairies who understand all three kinds of Magic Array are definitely better than those fairies who only know how to play in the dirt!"
"Of course. Fiana is very talented!" Landen said with a smile, patting the Great Fairy on the head.
Landen now had a relatively large number of Great Magic Fairies: three from the Earth School, two from the Fire School, one from the Life School, and one from the School of Faith.
However, three Great Fairies who had come to him after Tania ascended the throne—Orphen Golem, Minier Hemlock, and Fini Volcano—always seemed distant whenever they saw him. Their presence around him was faint. Orphen Golem, for example, was currently leading four rock golems on the Gallop Plains, building roads and castles between the various Gallop tribes.
Minier Hemlock was cultivating a new batch of Magic Plant seeds in the planting district south of Night-Kirin City. As for Fini Volcano, even though she was standing right behind Fiana, she only watched silently as Fiana and Landen chatted
