Amidst the hissing sound of the hydraulic system deflating, the door in front of Augustus, studded with silver nails and embedded with precision sensors and Psionics isolation devices, slowly opened.

This heavy gate, cast from alloy steel, is three feet thick and weighs several tons. Even with a laser cutting machine used for mining crystal deposits, operated by a dozen mechanics, it would take more than half an hour of continuous work to cut it open.

It wouldn't be worth it for an ordinary human prisoner to do this, unless the prisoner is a monster capable of tearing the cage apart.

Just as the gate was about to open, at the command of Marshal Guard Faraday, the Marshal's bodyguard, a squad of guards clad in gold and red Power Armor stood before Augustus, armed with AGR-14 Electromagnetic Rifle. This powerful electromagnetic weapon could shatter a person into pieces with just a single volley.

Amidst the rising white steam, a man with his trousers pulled down to his ankles, sitting on the toilet reading a newspaper, suddenly appeared before Augustus.

This prison cell is not small; the large space contains only a wire bed, a table and chairs, and a toilet facing the door. This strange layout is probably the result of the cell being expanded and reinforced multiple times; originally, it should only be a quarter of its current size.

The man lifted his face from behind the newspaper, revealing a pair of sharp, cobalt blue eyes hidden beneath a head of messy, light blond hair. Those striking eyes darted around, finally settling on the row of Marshal Guard's guards standing before Augustus:

"Hey guys, that's a bit early today."

"Sit there and don't move. If you dare to lift a finger, I'll shoot you." Tychus Finley pulled out a P-220 electromagnetic pistol, cleanly and efficiently loading a bullet and disengaging the safety. His scarred face trembled with the movement.

"Okay, don't shoot. We're on the same side." The man sitting on the toilet glanced sideways at Tychus as he spoke.

"Sako Angelini, Level 10 Psionics." Augustus met those cobalt blue eyes head-on, not giving an inch.

"I am Augustus Mengsk, leader of the Korhal Revolutionary Army. My men have just stormed the New Folsom Prison, and you are now free."

"The Terran Confederacy has fallen? That's something I should celebrate with a little drink." The man Sako Sakho Angelini looked at Augustus, his voice tinged with delight.

"So, you are the new ruler of the Terran Confederacy? Augustus Mengsk, have you come here today to trample the entire world under your feet?"

For about two minutes, Augustus remained silent, as if deep in thought. Seeing his expression, those around him also fell silent, but Angelini, on the other hand, remained calm and composed, sitting on the toilet waiting for Augustus's reply.

"The Terran Confederacy is still alive, but it's merely clinging to life." Finally, Augustus seemed to have already decided how to deal with the man before him. "I want to know why you're imprisoned here."

Augustus continued, "I've already reviewed the files on you in New Folsom Prison —Level 7 Top Secret. Even Cha Sara's Zerg invasion was only Level 5."

"Strangely, your criminal record is almost entirely blank, just like your experience entering Tarsonis Ghost Academy."

"It's very simple. The noble lords of Tarsonis feel that such an unstable element in the Ghost Academy is too dangerous, after all, Ghost Academy is right under their noses." Angelini didn't mind answering Augustus's question. Judging from the current situation, New Folsom had completely fallen into Augustus's hands.

Angelini had little chance of escaping from Augustus's men; there were at least two Psionics n't ignore, one of which was even more powerful than himself.

He thought it over and over, and realized that there was probably only one such person in the world.

"Furthermore, I was unwilling to help the Confederacy kill people. Later, the people behind Ghost Program wanted to use my abilities to help them figure out the abilities of the new students at the academy—mostly children whose parents were forced to send their children to the Ghost Academy through the Confederacy's deception, intimidation, and all sorts of extortion."

"These children are not yet mentally mature and are afraid of their own abilities. At this time, the people of Ghost Program can select suitable candidates for the Academy through unethical experiments. The rest are either brainwashed, implanted with cancer cells to observe the changes in the children, or dismantled and reused like lambs in a slaughterhouse." He spoke with almost no emotional fluctuations.

"And I was once one of those kids, so I refuse to serve the Confederacy once again. They tried to control me with Psionics suppressor, but they only brought trouble upon themselves."

"Finally, I beat up Major Rumm, an instructor at the Ghost Academy, and they sent me here. Indeed, New Folsom is the only place in this universe capable of keeping me locked up."

"What he said is true, I can testify." At this moment, Sarah Kerrigan deactivated her ambient refracting suit and appeared to Augustus's left.

"Hello, Kerrigan, the best student Tarsonis Ghost Academy has ever had." Sako Angelini smiled.

"Do you know him?" Augustus asked Kerrigan.

"I don't know him, but I know Instructor Rumm. That devil trained me into the most ruthless killer in the world, and I swore to kill him and take my revenge," Kerrigan replied.

"He trained me too well," she said, almost through gritted teeth.

"Once I take Tarsonis, he is yours to do as you please," Augustus.

"Alright, you've got the answer you wanted. Or how should I put it, where are you going to move me next? Or just kill me on the spot?" Angelini said.

"Very well, Mr. Angelini, since you are not a truly wicked person, I will give you two choices," he said.

"First, I hope you will Korhal Revolutionary Army and become a Psionics warrior under my command to overthrow the Confederacy that has caused you endless suffering. If you are not interested in what I just said, then I will give you a second option: freedom."

"..." Sako Angelini, still sitting on the toilet, held the crumpled newspaper in his hand, his expression grim—today, print newspapers have long since declined beyond recognition under the onslaught of electronic reading, but they still firmly hold a place in the market.

"You mean I don't need to stay in New Folsom anymore?" Angelini finally spoke after a few minutes.

"This is starting to get interesting. The people behind Ghost Program have imprisoned me like a starving lion in a pen, and you're going to release the tiger back into the mountains?"

"Enough with the nonsense, just leave now." Tychus didn't realize he sounded like a lackey to a big shot, but of course, this tough nut to crack didn't care.

"Yes, I will send you back to your hometown. From now on, you won't even need to hide your identity. As long as you don't harm others, you can do whatever you want," Augustus sincerely.

"What I mean is, you no longer need to work for any government or anyone," Augustus said, waving his hand. "Just as I said, you are free, Sako Angelini. The world is vast, you can go anywhere."

"Letting someone like that out in the open could cause a huge mess. He's like a nuclear bomb that could explode at any moment, and how do you know he might use his superpowers to do bad things?" Tychus said at that moment.

"That doesn't sound like you," Augustus shrugged.

"You're quite an interesting person. To be honest, I can't tell whether you're being hypocritical, trying to win people over, or simply having a good deed." Angelini chuckled self-deprecatingly.

"No one has ever been so kind to Psionics. The Confederacy imprisons us, tortures us, and goes to great lengths to extract every last bit of Psionics potential from us." He shook his head.

"But what do you think I can do after I'm no longer a Confederacy assassin? Ghost operative ' early lives are tragedies, and they can never go back to being ordinary people after that."

"I choose the first one." Angelini simply didn't believe that Augustus let him go.

"I am a Confederacy Ghost operative, an expert in human Psionics. Moreover, I have a unique ability: I can see the special abilities of other telepaths," he said.

"You don't even need to pay a high salary to hire a Psionics expert. I can not only train new Ghost operative you, but also deal with hostile telepaths, such as the ghosts of the Terran Confederacy and the shadow warriors of the Umojan."

"I can do without a salary, Mr. Augustus, as long as you still let me handle the work related to the Ghost Academy." Angelini stared into Augustus's eyes, seemingly trying to see more in those cold, gray eyes. But those eyes were a bottomless abyss, in which ordinary people would only sink deeper and deeper. "But I must say, this is too ruthless."

"You really don't want to regain your freedom and roam freely in the Koprulu Sector, or settle down, start a family, try to be a husband and father, and take root on some planet with soil like a dandelion seed." To be honest, Augustus wanted to recruit Angelini.

Just as Angelini said, he could train powerful Psionics warriors for Augustus in the future. Augustus planned to establish a Ghost Academy in Korhal IV, and Angelini was almost the most suitable candidate to be the principal of the Ghost Academy.

An extremely rare Level 10 Psionics, the last of only three top-tier Psionics among humans besides Nova and Kerrigan.

Sako Angelini was also an instructor at the Terran Empire's Ghost Academy in the original timeline, responsible for training future Ghost operative for the Emperor. As a top-tier Psionics, Angelini was extremely powerful and dangerous, but he was the kind of person who still had a conscience and would follow the rules and regulations, unlike those pitiful people who were abused and driven insane by the Confederacy.

"Are you serious?" Angelini's blue eyes seemed to be glowing. Generally speaking, few people can resist the mind-reading of a telepath without wearing Psionics shielding devices.

However, even as Angelini nearly counted all of Augustus's eyelashes, he still couldn't figure out what this deep-thinking man was thinking.

"No, no, no, I won't fall for your tricks." Angelini believed he had figured out Augustus.

"If I choose the second option, you will kill me from behind immediately."

"I can't understand your leniency towards these Confederacy Ghost operative; they're dangerous." Arcturus Mengsk approached Augustus, and where no one else could see, his throat moved slightly beneath his helmet. Ever since his father, Angus Mengsk, was nearly beheaded by Confederacy Ghost operative, Arcturus had been terrified of these fearsome super- Psionics warriors.

Admittedly, Arcturus hoped to utilize the power of Psionics, but he was always wary of them, fearing that he might be harmed by them.

"A level 10 Psionics? It's said that this kind of freak can lift a sixty-ton tank with his mental power and then smash it on you. Or, he can command an entire company to turn their guns on their own heads and their superiors in an instant." Arcturus tried to pull Augustus behind him, just like he used to protect the Hound of Korhal when they faced each other as children.

But soon, Arcturus realized that his younger brother was no longer a little boy who needed his protection; he was strong and brave, the leader of the Revolutionary Army and the ruler of more than six colonies.

Arcturus would proudly say that Augustus Mengsk was a man better than himself.

In other words, if this top-tier Psionics were to launch an attack at this moment, Arcturus could only hope that Augustus's ghostly figures lurking in the shadows could control the monster.

"If it were me, I would kill all the Confederacy Ghost operative and then train my own," Arcturus said.

"That would be such a pity," Augustus shook his head.

"The latest intelligence on the UED Expeditionary Fleet: they have just appeared on the Brontes Prime, less than 24 light-years from Tarsonis. The Confederate Congress of the Terran Confederacy has just issued an order to summon the entire Confederacy Fleets of the Koprulu Sector to defend Tarsonis." A communications officer approached Augustus at this moment and said.

"It seems the Earthlings are advancing at an incredible speed. I really want to know their detailed battle plan." Augustus nodded and looked at Angelini in the prison. "We can't delay either."

"Get up, Mr. Angelini. Let my men arrange accommodations for you on the Hyperion."

Angelini immediately stood up and walked towards Augustus, while the soldiers guarding Augustus unconsciously took a few steps back.

He was exceptionally handsome, with cobalt blue eyes like the deep sea, a high-bridged nose, and a face sculpted as if by bronze, chiseled with axe and sculpted. His seemingly disheveled beard only enhanced his perfection. Angelini could easily grace the cover of Tarsonis Terran Lovers Weekly, and countless Confederacy socialites and noble ladies would scream for him all night long.

"Wait, why are you still using your Psionics power?" Kerrigan was a Psionics master trained by Zeratul and Tassadar, and her subtle perception of Psionics surpassed that of all known humans.

"That's far beyond the energy peak required for Psionics sensing. Stop. You'll have to stay put until you explain yourself."

"Hmm--this..." Angelini seemed never to have expected Kerrigan to ask this question.

Angelini was certain he had never stuttered so badly in his life, and the lies he had made up in the past were nowhere near as lame as this. "I have an ability that ordinary telepaths don't have, and that is to change my appearance."

As she spoke, Angelini awkwardly touched her light blonde hair.

"It sounds like this ability is completely useless right now," Tychus said. "What do you have to hide? Or do you actually look exactly like some murderer?"

"Let me see," he said.

"Otherwise, I can't let you get close to Augustus, do you understand? Otherwise, I'll shoot!"

"Go ahead and kill me." Angelini swallowed hard.

"He's bald," Kerrigan whispered to Augustus.

"Alright, stop interrogating him, Tychus." Augustus glanced at Angelini's bare, hairy legs and added as a final remark:

"Mr. Angelini, you'd better put your pants on."
