Harnack took a deep breath before he managed to yank his leg free from the Cerebrate's mouth. His boot was already filled with disgusting saliva, leaving him thoroughly exasperated.

The Cerebrate was truly irritating, but you had to consider its owner before beating the dog.

"Good evening, Hank. So glad you didn't die out there." The Cerebrate gagged disgustedly a few times, then split its mouthful of sharp teeth in a Cheshire Cat grin. It sprawled smugly by the doorway, posed like a sphinx before a pyramid.

"I'll settle accounts with you later!" Harnack glared at it, then trudged toward the Emperor and Empress on their thrones, his sticky boots squelching unevenly with every step.

"Good evening, Alpha." Yaco Bennett smiled. He remembered that when they had first captured this Cerebrate, it had still been an arrogant master of the Swarm. Now it had practically been raised into the Mengsk family's pet dog.
