By now, the Purifier Protoss had become one of the principal forces opposing the Void. They had burned and purged more Zerg hive worlds than every other Protoss power combined. Their efficiency was remarkable.
As for the Ihan-rii Protoss, their assault on the Void stemmed entirely from their deep understanding of the Void's origins and their hatred for Amon.
Augustus still remembered how the Ihan-rii Protoss had reacted upon seeing the "corpses of gods" at Ulnar.
