Brother Hiashi, You Need to Calm Down!

"So, Brother Senya, do you have a plan? Your Uchiha clan has already started delegating power from the Police Force. Are you really going to compromise with the village higher-ups?"

Senya gave a bright, cheerful smile, looking every bit the simple-minded person who didn't understand political maneuvering.

"Brother Hiashi, who calls the shots in Konoha?"

Hiashi was stunned, but he answered anyway.

"The Hokage, obviously."

"No, no, no. If—and I mean if—the villagers and the clans united to replace the Hokage, how would our aging Third handle that?"

Hiashi's Byakugan widened, his pupils contracting sharply.

"You want to force Hiruzen to step down!"

But then he began to think it over. The Uchiha were opening up the Police Force, which would inevitably reduce their power. After being weakened, how could they possibly unite the villagers and the clans against the current village leadership?

Seeing Hiashi still deep in thought, Senya decided not to keep him in suspense. After all, some concepts were still too difficult for them; he had to simplify things with his own explanations for them to understand.

Hearing Senya's words, Hiashi had a sudden realization, as if waking from a dream; his thoughts became crystal clear.

"That is indeed a good method, but aren't you afraid of being seen through by the Ino-Shika-Cho? If they figure out your intentions and tell that old geezer Hiruzen, wouldn't that be courting death?"

Senya tapped his fingers on the coffee table and shook his head.

"No, the Ino-Shika-Cho won't do anything unnecessary. They are loyal to the 'Hokage,' not to Hiruzen Sarutobi."

"Besides, Brother Hiashi, Danzo dared to make a move against the Hyuga. Why wouldn't he dare to make a move against the Ino-Shika-Cho or other clans?"

Senya's counter-question brought Hyuga Hiashi to a complete awakening. He finally understood: the four leaders of the village had already offended too many ninja clans. They were nothing but leeches feeding on the other clans!

They stripped benefits away from the ninja clans, called it "helping commoner ninjas," and then styled themselves as a "commoner ninja clan."

Can "commoner" and "ninja clan" even be used in the same sentence?

Thinking of this, the anger in Hiashi's heart began to surge again.
